I'm hoping for a bigger file acceptable in the toyhouse from the uploaded image. The same goes with gifs with huge file sizes. Is it possible to fix it? Therefore, I can upload my gifs and huge pixels of the picture?

watolf - might want to put in a ticket for a request, however that would probably be low priority until mods figure out how to make things... not break/go down so often.
i think premium users have a slightly bigger file upload size, but i would have to test that between my main and code accounts. sadly there's no way to really get around file size limitations. i normally just upload a smaller version (either cropped or compressed in some way) and then note that i have a larger version of the art.
Marsalytes jolly is spot on!! You can utilize the subscribe feature which allows you to bookmark and also be notified if there are new posts.
Forum search is stupidly intensive right now so it's limited to premium only.

Jahr-Null I only encounter a similar issue once and it was due to the file size being too big :/
I would suggest, the next time it happens, put in a help ticket?
Jahr-Null there's a few times where the issue is image size that doesn't provide an accurate error message *shrug*

would it be possible to integrate a sorting feature into the forums so it is easier for artist looking and accepting commissions to be found quickly? like a 'most recent' feature and such or maybe a search bar to search specific parts of a title!
Battering_Rham there is a search feature for forums but its laggy and for premium users only.
I'd suggest dropping that into the main suggestions thread or a help ticket!
Ah not sure if this has been requested but could a feature possibly be added in the future where new owners of ocs can request the original artist the right to make a trade listing on a oc? I know a lot of people have it on default no trade, no sale etc. and it’s really frustrating not being able to list an oc up for offers when we’re allowed to just previous owners set it up that way and didn’t realize.
