@ElectricJourney it's uh... very hit or miss. Quality of life tickets are less likely to be responded too promptly (I have open tickets that are several years old rn) while major issues (i.e. site breaking bugs, TOS violations) have higher priority and get much quicker responses (i.e. reports of TOS violations normally gets a response in 48hrs).
I think the dev team is now down to one user so 🤷

I don't think anyone has ever requested that (or at least I never noticed). Unsure how feasible since that would require the character sort to look at a new metric (when design was xferred to {user} or how long design has been owned by {user}) but you can definitely make the suggestion. It just... would be no where near the top of the priority list 🥲
Operating system and browser: Windows 11 and Opera Description of the bug: I can't type into any text boxes in Opera, including the login text boxes, character profiles, literatures, and even here (I had to use Chrome to write this). I am currently on the most recent version of both Windows and Opera and have already tried clearing my cache and cookies for the browser and uninstalling + reinstalling it.
so that's a huge issue glxtter-pxlls but i'm unsure if it's toyhou.se or your browser. currently typing it on Opera GX (which is uh, Opera but slightly different) with no issues logging in/typing into text boxes. similar issues where people using opera can't type into boxes happened in the past and sometimes the culprit is an add-on, but i'm unsure if that's the case since you uninstalled/reinstalled it so i'm assuming the re-install was clean? you should definitely place a helpdesk ticket for this for mods to check if anything on our end :(
Hello! I've noticed lately that I can't change the image of my character using the IC function on comments, it just automatically reverts them to their profile icon. It's not happening to anyone else I know, and it's an issue with all my characters. Any idea if there's a way to fix it?
So! Tried to see if I can make my account do this but no dice. A couple of questions:
- has this behavior been consistent on other browsers / in cognito mode?
- does the image selector pop up? If yes does that mean when you click an image nothing changes?
- are you trying to pick images that are listed as "only you can see them" or "only certain users can see them"?
- Yes, I've tried TH on both Brave (which normally has no issues) and Firefox (what I recently switched to) over the past few days and it's still busted. Just tested Google Chrome as well and it's not working there, either.
- The image selector appears as normal, and as I type the comment, the selected icon appears; it's only when I hit 'post' that it reverts to its original icon on the new screen
- I've tried it on characters with varying levels of visibility, including one with 100% character and 100% art visibility and no luck there either :')
I would try restarting my computer, but I've got a lot of important school tabs open right now, so I need to clean those out first ;; so admittedly I haven't tried that

So yeah in the IT world "closing the browser", "clearing cookies" and "turning the device off then on again" are legitimate answers to like... at lwast 60% of issues but unserstandably you don't want to do that when you have important tabs open. Trying browsers you normally don't use and still getting the error sounds like an issue with your actual account and not just browser but for the life of me I can't even think of anything on the account level that could cause this :(
As always your best bet is to send a help desk ticket with as much info as you can and hope your ticket doesn't take forever to get an answer.
Also quick question- I'm assuming you're doing this all on PC. Does this follow onto your phone browser? And if you're willing I can give you info for another account you can try to log in with to see if that still has the same issue

I did test it on my phone and it doesn't work there either OTL bonus points, the images on my character's coded page (not in the gallery) have also ceased to cooperate; one's disappeared entirely and the others have shrunk??? TH is out to get me.
