just_quill AFAIK there's no "official" stance on AI creations but I would say it likely would be covered under section 4.4 @ https://toyhou.se/~rules - characters made via generators (AI would likely be covered under this) must be declared as such with links back to the specific maker. Generated designs can't be sold or traded unless you have permission from the creator but by virtue of being AI generated, those designs likely can't be sold or traded either since it can't be copyrighted.
Adventurer_Of_Beyond have you tried a different browser? Also check to make sure the file size isn't too big because TH has a file size limit (4MB)
