How would they react if they see or use the Phone for the first time?
I am curious because I mostly see people's stories that are somewhere "Less than the Morden days" or "they don't have a timeline"

Gold held the device in his hand, poking at it skeptically. He flips it over, checks the case, and even shakes the phone a fair few times before figuring out that it turns on. After this the phone is promptly thrown across the room.
Saiph blinks confusedly at the sight. "...I-it's a brick." He plainly said, flipping the device every which way. "Why are you showing me a-- WAH!!" He gets the shock of his life when the screen comes alight with a mere touch, almost dropping the delicate phone and barely managing to hang onto it with his tail, gingerly placing it back into his hands. He taps at the now-lit screen, navigating through some messaging apps to send random people some emoji-garble and photos of things he thinks are cool... Mainly just some fuzzy pictures of the stars above.
He's really trying.

He stared cluelessly at the Facebook logging-in screen with a finger up to it. Not knowing how he got there, what is it, or how to get out from it.
He's poor so he never had a phone or even seen one in his life. He'll be a naturally curious kiddo repeatedly pawping the phone until the screen lights up which intrigues him even more. Bby could barely read so he goes WHEREVER his paws had managed to tap. Bet he'll have a fun time spamming those fun little emojis to a random number jajdnd
Emilia has a bad attitude to technological progress and if she saw the phone she would say:
"What kind of magic stone is this? It glows... It clearly contains something bad. I need to show this to the council"
(I recently thought about creating a similar theme. Because most of my characters do not use electronics and some do not know what. Therefore, it is also interesting to find out the opinion of other people.)
Rift would blankly stare at it, taking literal days to turn it on, and when she does, the phone would most likely be smashed and torn to bits.
"...Woah... This is like the stuff from Minhallow, but... more advanced... what is this again-? A phone-? Wowie... what do the icons mean I wonder... Wait. You can touch them through the... are we sure this isn't magic in a box-?"
"Woah, what is it? Is it like.. A mirror? Cool! I've only ever seen those in Queen's room!" He looks at himself a little bit, but his big claws accidently turn on the screen.
"AH!" He cries, the phone slipping through his claws. "MAGIC! WITCHCRAFT! THE MORPHLINGS ARE COOOOOMMMIIIIINNNNGGGG!" and promptly runs away.
