Ask 5 Questions to the Above Person's OC!

Posted 6 years, 11 months ago (Edited 6 years, 10 months ago) by isopods

I've seen a couple of threads where people can ask OCs questions.  However, I thought it might be interesting if those questions covered more of the character's development without having to post multiple times to receive multiple questions.

Rules and Guidelines

  1. Please comment in-character.  The character you post as will be the next character to be asked five questions.
  2. Once your character is asked the questions from the next poster, please edit your initial comment to answer the questions.
  3. Please ask questions that contribute, at least somewhat, to the character's development.
  4. Please read the character's profile and the person's profile before asking any questions.

Time to ask Gabriella some questions~ uwu

1. How did she meet the people she knows who are part of the Ghost project?

2. Due to her looking young still despite being over 50, is she immortal, or does she age slowly?

3. What are some of her techniques for recruiting others for the Ghost project?

4. Around those few people who know her well, does she show off a more cheerful type personality, or does she still have her normal soft-spoken/shy type personality around them?

5. How often does she smile, if at all?

---

Awesome questions :>

1. I'd say that she considers him an "uncle" type figure like she does with Allen as well as N, Hilbert and Cheren~ She also likes it when Yuuji gives Azure, her and her classmates/friends gifts too!

2. Hilda and Shizuku helped her catch a Meditite which evolved/idolized into Medicham some time later and she managed to catch an Axew herself after she became more experienced and eventulally, it evolved into a Fraxure then evolved into Haxorus sometime after that!

3. Yes, she met Yoko after seeing her in class on their first day at Hinagiku but she met Margo after Classic Sonic accompanied her to Yoko's house where she met her when Margo wanted to meet them there and she met Sara thanks to Shiori, Pastel and Mutsuki coming by, wanting to introduce Sara to the others!

4. Yes, Azure does come and visit Ellie very often despite her modeling job. Thankfully, she gets along with Tamaki and Chizuru very well, just like she does with Hilda and Shizuku and the others c: Azure and Ellie are still very close even after Tamaki and Chizuru adopted her just like with Yoko and Beverly after Hilda and Shizuku adopted Yoko :3

5. Most likely, no~ If they are hiding something about Ellie's past, they're only doing so just so that the villains they and their friends and family face can't use said details against her uwu

Grace devaneios

1) First of all, I'm gonna put my "ToHeart 2 fan" cap on and ask: what is Ellie's relationship with her adoptive uncle, Yuuji?

2) How/when did Ellie catch her signature Pokémon?

3) How did Ellie first meet Yoko and their other friends? Was it at Hinagiku, or somewhere else?

4) How was Ellie's relationship with Azure after she was adopted by Tamaki and Chizuru? Does Azure visit frequently, or not? If not, does Ellie miss her?

5) Is there a particular reason why Ellie's past is unknown? Are Azure and she hiding it?

0. Clover Whixy

1) Why did Grace move in the first place? Couldn't she work as a teacher where she was before?

2) Her insecurities speak of her past, who was she when she was young?

3) Has she ever had an actual romantic relationship? If so, how did it affect her?

4) What subject does she teach? Or if she's an integral teacher, what's her favorite subject to teach and why?

5) Since she reads a lot, what's her favorite book and why?

vvv Answers

1) She likes small beings, and likes the intricate patterns and colors lizards have. As for insects, their structures are complex up close and she loves to observe that.

2) She wanders around but has favorite spots, like a clear in the middle of it where she takes lunch to, up a little river where she stares at the fish and scattered caverns where she can find a lot of critters.

3) Willow is that person who would just randomly stare at you, for long time. Takes pictures without asking, too. This unnerves people a lot. She has peculiar ways, as randomly spinning a few times where she stands before continuing her walk, takes apart things like controllers or pens to see how they work, writes in those strange symbols, is visibly both confused and amazed at how some things work (like cellphones, a microwave...). Overall an alienated kind of behaviour that makes you wonder if she came on a comet or something.

4) Her powers aren't very flashy (there's not any weird light or wind or anything) so people tend to miss it most of the time and when something weird happens, just try to see a logic cause. The most people will see is watch her go out from the front door, and just 3 secs later see her come down the stairs, from inside the house. Or see her take huge things out of her tiny bag, like a broom or a TV, just while searching for cash to pay at the store. People may assume they're just seeing things; if they ask Willow, she'll have no idea what "strange" thing they're talking about, which leaves them even more confused.

5) Willow is naturally kind and cooperative, so she lends a hand to help people often, this is how they'd meet her. She's always curious so within doodles and mimics she'll try to make conversation with others. She relies on mimics, make people laugh, show them things she believes are cool and gift them stuff to make a friendship offering.

Diego Mirez "Stretch Superior" Shadowzim777

1. Why do you think Aiden has a Dislike for swimming? Is he able to swim seeing as he does it occasionally?

2. Why does Aiden prefer to act tough? Does he have some sort of fear or issue of others thinking he might be weak?

3. What made you pick Ferris Bueller's Day Off as his favorite movie? Was it a inspiration in creating Aiden?

4. He seems to like Media, does he want to make a movie one day? What would it be about?

5. If he had to choose between being a Mechanic or being a Movie Director, which choice would he go for?

------

Edit: Answering Time!

1. Diego started out as a human. Mostly bullying others. He was always Jealous that Victor (El Bandido) always got the fame and recognition as a superhero. So he wanted to become just like Victor Once he gained his powers (I was thinking maybe a chemical vat or something, still a work in progress), he started taking his revenge out of El Bandido De Goma. Basically wanting to make Victor look bad in the public's eyes. I wouldn't say SS is evil. More of a Anti-Hero. I mean he steals and fights the cops and Victor all the time, but he has a lot of pent up stress due to a lack of a actual family. (Again, work in progress).

2. Oh yes, I would say a lot more. Diego does a lot of risky moves that ends up becoming too much for him. More so when trying to escape or stealing something.

3. I would say only to Linda and another person's OC. But he prefers to keep his identity a secret despite blogging and face timing his own crimes on youtube.

4. All the time, he's the type of person who would use his powers to annoy. He's a bully normally.

5. I would say the first outing gone wrong for Stretch Superior, when he escapes and tries to avoid the police, he goes into a dark alleyway where Linda saves him from being caught. Linda's a loner  and tends to hide in streets and alleyways often but she seemed to have some interest in Diego knowing that he possessed the same powers as him but uses it to do bad stuff. Diego is a bit reluctant, but decides to be a student. they kinda have a student/mentor relationship.

Azure (PokéLive!Azure) Sonicfan9988

1. How did Stretch turn evil?

2. Has he ever injured himself before by stretching too much, either intentionally by saving one of his allies or by accident?

3. Has he ever revealed his real name to his allies or no?

4. Has he ever played tricks on anyone using his powers for fun before?

5. How did he and Rubberlinda meet?

---

Good questions to the person below me for Azure :D

1. Yes, though it may happen much later on in her life, when she's in her late 60s or so, around that time.

2. They met somewhere in Tokyo :)

3. At first, they were close friends for around 6-7 months, then they confessed their feelings for each other! :3

4. Both, since she considers her Pokémon both as close friends as well as suiting her asthetic well in addition to her using them for friendly battles against other Trainers as well as against villains she and her friends/family face, for example, Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik :>

5. While it can be slightly stressful on rare occasions, she manages to make time for all three things in addition to the time she spends visiting her younger sister Elesis/Ellie and her friends and so on~ uwu

Barnabas Ponzi Helixagonal

1. is Azure ever apprehensive about losing her job in modeling as she ages?

2. Where did she and Beverly first meet?

3. Follow-up question, how did the two come to consider dating? (friends first, boredom, rebound turned serious, etc)

4. What's Azure's relationship like with her team? Genuine friends, or just used for battling/aesthetic?

5. What's it like balancing time between three jobs? (figure-skating, modeling, being a pokemon trainer)

1. It's difficult to have a relationship with the dead, and difficult to survive for long on the streets in a city where villains run rampant. He frequently wishes he could have swapped his life for his brother's, Carlo's. Not that he didn't love his mother, but she wasn't the one who never got a proper shot at life, and who he actually grew up with. Now, his mother is wherever the grounders (people in charge of keeping the streets clean) take bodies, and his brother is fish food at the bottom of the bay. His grandfather is the only one in the family who he held a special loathing for. His mother he misses, and he feels guilty and responsible for his brother's death, though there was nothing he could have done about it with the resources he had. He's never really gotten over that guilt, or properly grieved for his brother, since he left himself emotionally stunted in that department in favor of pretending things could become okay, and keeping calm to be a reassurance for Carlo.

2. He hates to admit it, and would rather forget it altogether, but he leeched off of Ahrik for a while as his sugar baby. Ahrik is a kind man, but Ponzi wasn't exactly in a good state at the time, having just lost his brother, and leading someone on emotionally is one line that he doesn't want to cross in his cons.

3. He's considered. Since he primarily targets the wealthy or middle-class, having grown up in poverty and not wishing that on anyone else, he doesn't think he'd apologize. He does feel guilt for the people he's bitten in snake form in self defense, who may or may not have survived the venom, but there's nothing he can do about it. He's considered retiring from his job altogether, since now he has enough money to last him and his sons a lifetime, and there's multiple things that have stopped him from doing that. For one, even though he's worked for the same villain organization for over a decade, he wouldn't put it past them to have him put down if he left since he's been around to know so many of their secrets. For two, once he left even that twisted selfish organization, he'd have even less protection from enemies he's made than he does now. And, lastly, and the one he doesn't like to acknowledge as an issue that exists, he doesn't have a full grasp on his identity without his job being a part of it. Before he was a con-artist, he was a street urchin, a homeless thief who didn't have enough strength to care about his own personality at all. After that, he was just quiet and miserable and acting as unobtrusively as he could to avoid an unwarranted fear of Ahrik kicking him back out on the streets. And after that, there's only been his job. His identity has become so tightly wound in being a con-artist and being a liar that he doesn't know who he'd be without either of those things. He's accepted an early grave at the hands of some enemy, accepted that he'll find no partner for long because they rightfully deserve someone significantly better than him, and accepted that there's no way out of the web he's made for himself. He chose this path, and there's no taking back the things he's done now just because he's getting tired.

4. He gains their confidence, as befitting of a 'confidence man', or con-man. He sticks around for days, weeks, sometimes longer if he thinks the payout is worth it, building up a relationship with them that they can be convinced is friendship. For bigger cons, he doesn't target one person, instead working with others in the villain organization he's a part of to make a 'business' that other participants can pretend to have made a fair sum of money from to encourage other investors, as it were, and it can be there one day and gone the next once they've made their profit. There's no one set way he goes about establishing trust or confidence, but well-honed charisma is the linchpin for it all. That, and making sure you dont' shit where you eat, as it were. No significant cons in his home city, or it's much easier to trace it back to him or have enemies that live in the same vicinity.

5. There's always a bigger fish. There's been people in the past who Ponzi couldn't pull the wool over, but that's what the days and weeks of gaining trust tends to help with: he gets an idea of just how clever they are, just how aware. If they seem too clever for him to trick, then as much as he loves a challenge, he loves his freedom more. He stays his same old charming self, but backs carefully out of the interactions, slowly dropping contact just like a friend who no longer had the time to talk to you would.

Jamie Sherwood Whixy

1. Has there ever be a person who denied Seihachi a compliment or was indifferent to his status? If so, how did he react to that?

2. Has he ever had a good friend, at least during his youth? Some pseudo significant other or someone to rely on?

3.- On the opposite hand, has he made enemies for his behaviour?

4. What exactly is he looking for in a partner? What are his high standards?

5. Do his parents, the Queen and King, know about his love for tailoring women's clothing?

Answers vvv

i. He's easily impressed, perhaps with all those adventurers going and coming to town he found himself fluttering for a few every once in a while. Since there hasn't been any gender preference when it comes to his crushes, the meta info is that he's pan. There hasn't been anyone that stayed long enough to even try a relationship, though.

ii. Actually those in Proficiencies are the weapons he knows how to use, but he really only owns a Quarterstaff and a Sling! But if he were to tell, the ones he has more trouble using are Maces and Javelins because of their huge volume, they're hard to move around.

iii. When he was just learning how to use it, he would hide dumb messages or vents to himself around the house, and later just reveal them and erase. There wasn't until one day his father asked him what was wrong with last night's soup that Jamie realized that his father knew druidic too and had been reading all his nonsense. He never felt so embarrased before... considering he also wrote every time he saw someone cute at the tavern.

iv. Yep, Jamie acts as the healer most of the time. His knowledge, spells and compassionate nature makes him perfect for the job, healing party members, strangers or even ex-enemies.

v. He loves them. They're his favorite kind of visitors in town because they always tell tales so charismatically and with enthusiasm. He also likes the music they play, is like bards tend to bring colors wherever they go, or at least Jamie thinks that way.

2. How skilled is Tetso at piloting Sola's ship?

3. What are Tetso's skills with a Lightsaber, if any?

4. Does he know how to use any other kinds of weapons besides a Lightsaber?

5. What would Tetso's favorite foods be?

Helixagonal Great questions c:

1. I'd say her mother was accepting of her being a lesbian and supported her when she came out to her :)

2. And yes, she did, since she knows that she can have her Pokémon learn a specific move they may want to know through the Move Relearner uwu

3. Maybe missing the friends that she made beforehand, but they understood and wished for her to see them again someday :3

4. She keeps into contact with her friends back in Russia through the internet and she also visits them on occasion when she has some free time c:

5. Not yet, since I haven't planned out the rest of her team yet XD

Nana Rodov Helixagonal

1. Was Charlotte's sexuality accepted by her parents, or did she meet some resistance with old-timey ideals?

2. Did she evolve Snowflake immediately upon hatching? If not, what were the circumstances surrounding her choice of when to evolve it?

3. What's the hardest part for Charlotte about switching schools as many times as she has?

4. Does she keep in touch with friends she had back in Moscow, or did she not have friends / drop contact with them at some point?

5. Does Charlotte have any other pokemon aside from Snowflake, and if so who are they?

1. She quite enjoys it! After all, she's not killing the normal civilians or people just trying to live their lives without hurting others. Her organization (the Beasts) is avidly focused on hunting down notorious mutant racists, be it in villain or hero form or civilians who have the money to actively hurt other mutants' lives. If you're not a complete jackass, the grandmotherly way she behaves during civilian hours is just as real as during the times she's chasing people down on all fours to rip their throats out. In fact, getting to keep caring for people outside of her villainy career helps remind her quite a lot about what she's fighting for, albeit illegally and definitely not in the best way there is.

2. Not long after she moved to the city (and country) she's in, there was a massive human/mutant war. Obviously, she fought on the lower numbered mutants side, and joined the Beasts then with a renewed passionate hatred for the people who hated her back for existing.

3. She does know about Rosy being a hero! Some of Rosy's colder morals were, in fact, learned from Granny (with the whole desire to kill the villains she finds instead of leaving them to be arrested. No second chances once you've ruined an innocent's life). It makes things a bit tense when she knows Granny's just come back from probably killing a hero or villain, but given that out of the organizations in the city, the Beasts have the most justified reasons despite them going about things in a very violent manner, Rosy doesn't hold things against her grandmother for being in that organization, and Granny is proud that her granddaughter is becoming a hero that can actually put a stop to a villain's career, rather than leaving them to scheme and learn from their mistakes in prison about how to get away once they weasel their way out, either with money or tricks. They respect each other, and in exchange, Granny used her influence with the Beasts (since she's been with them since they started) to convince them to leave Rosy alone, and in turn Rosy doesn't target anyone from the Beasts.

4. Amusingly, it doesn't cause issues in the friendship. Viv claims to be a god, but as far as Granny can tell, it's more for the novelty and feeling of power than actually believing it herself. None of Viv's followers would like Granny if Viv took issue with her suddenly, because of Granny's lack of faith in their god, but she and Viv have gotten along for a long long time, before the cult even picked up steam. Granny thinks her followers are desperate and gullible, but because Viv's cult provides mutants specifically with a sanctuary to stay at and get fed at, she'd rather they believe and stick around than disbelieve and the more lower-class ones get sent back out onto the streets.

5. Granny is very fond of bierock and poppy seed rolls. Bierock because it reminds her of home, and the meat flavor appealed to some part of her mutation and her daughter's similarly wolfish mutation, and poppy seed rolls because those are the thing that Rosy fell in love with as a dessert, and became something she made almost by habit for guests at her house. It's a nice civilian dish that makes Rosy happy and reminds her of her grandbaby stuffing clawfulls of bread into her face as a baby.

Cotton Swirl SunsetCatto

1- What types of rock/gems are her favourite to find?

2- Has she ever gotten in trouble for not returning a burrowed item? if so, what was the item?

3- Why doesn't she like caves/underground areas?

4-  How did she get the scar around her neck? is it a birthmark or did she gain it in some kind of battle against a dragon?

5- Where is the most unusual place she has taken a nap?

1- Yep! She's all natural baybee!

2- Cotton Swirl likes all types of pranks! But if you're talking specifics she prefers the 'classics' (eg.- whoopee cushions , pie in a face , buzzers, etc)

3- Cotton finds walking inconvenient, why hurt your legs by walking when you can just float around instead?

4- No reason :) Being chaotic is apart of Cottons nature so she is known to do unusual things like that

5- The most likely reason alcohol doesn't affect her is to do with her Draconequus half/genes - and even if alcohol could have an effect on her I doubt she'd drink any as the only thing she really ever drinks is strawberry milk c:
