I'm too lazy to think of every background character of mine who happens to be straight so I'll just list my mains here:

Despite I have OCs of all sexualities and I like to write LGBT character, I tend to give to the great majority of them a straight orientation, since I think it would be actually more realistic with real life distribution.
However, the only completed heterosexual characters I have putted in this site (most are still to be uploaded y a y) are Aoi, who is actually married with a child, Giulia, which is in the same kind of relationship and Geneviève as well, despite the last one hasn't any child yet.

I accidentally made an oc that breaks the "traps are gay" trope by making him hetero. He seems like a timid lesbian at first lmao.

Both Joy and Ragnarok are straight and were happily married, until Ragnarok got himself killed. ^^; It was nice while it lasted though.

Daiichi and Donatello are both straight! And in love with gals they can never have oops.

I have quite a few hetero ocs but i'm so lazy on uploading. A lot of my ocs have no sexual orientation till they are actively used in something and the roleplay kinda determines what happens 8I

I went through and was surprised to find I have four of them, and only two explicitly gay characters. (the rest are a mixture of pan, ace, and mostly aro) They are: Banor, Theyur, Enrique, and Nefesha. The first two are from a culture where orientation isn't a concept and bisexuality is assumed the norm, but have only shown attraction to the opposite sex, the others are just straight they guess. Enrique is the only one in a functional committed relationship; Banor's wife passed, Theyur's wife divorced him, and Nefesha left her ex because he's a literal psychopath. All in all, they've had more romance than my other characters, probably because they're not as focused on in the stories.
