A disclaimer that this is totally not homophobic and I have nothing against gay ships, I just wanna look for OCs that are hetero since you barely see them anymore ;o;
I always thought of Violet as het, not that that's going to stop me producing non-canon stuff where everyone bangs everyone (once they're older, anyway).
I sorta toy around with the idea that Faulkes miiight be kind of in love with his best friend and just doesn't realize it, but for all intents and purposes he is completely straight, and quite the womanizer. He's even got a cute tabaxi girlfriend right now!

I actually have quite a few straight characters (I try to have plenty of variety in their orientations), but he's one of the ones that springs to mind.
