idk if it's just me, but are there any jokes about one of your characters you made canon? like, for example i made a lot of jokes about pearl being an uwu pastel blogger but then actually ended up putting that in her character because, why not
heck, a joke i had ended up fixing a plot hole regarding two characters so sometimes making fun of your characters .... works
Prisma being a PC elitist and an Arch linux user started as a joke on her being a robot/computer. Heck the reason she's an Arch-user is because of running jokes about arch-elitists in the Linux & computer communities. Now that + most of my other robot OCs being linux users is canon
(+ this one's a joke trait, but because of this MH!Prisma would theoretically also be an Arch user if she could lol)
Pakeu not drinking water is from a thread where people made up crack head-canons for the character above. I laughed and didn't think much of it, but then I suddenly just kind of put it in Pakeu's bio and went with it. He doesn't drink water (unless forced to), and pretty much only drinks milk.

me and my boyfriend made the joke for a while of her being able to talk to rocks since she had a pet rock named finn she could talk to
and then i did some research and found out in some lore sirens turned to stone as their death so it made sense on why she could talk to rocks so yeah it became cannon :3

There were always dumb little jokes about spoons in early development, and in a few early designs he was depicted holding a spoon instead of a weapon like everyone else. That kinda stuck with me and now the mans actually has a ladle he bonks people on the head with! Its not exactly the same but it’s also a lot more relevant to his character than any other weapon anyway. It’s silly, but it makes me laugh.
