idk if it's just me, but are there any jokes about one of your characters you made canon? like, for example i made a lot of jokes about pearl being an uwu pastel blogger but then actually ended up putting that in her character because, why not
heck, a joke i had ended up fixing a plot hole regarding two characters so sometimes making fun of your characters .... works
Nurrik being a cannibal- It started as a joke in a roleplay (I think someone asked if she ate fish/meat and her reply was just kind of weird?)
The fact that this lad has multi-eyes under their bangs that they CONSTANTLY want to show off started out as a joke with my friend (The one who designed them), now it's a thing LMAO

Frost's main purpose is 'enemy to Sprout because i'm upset he got 0 comeuppance'--and I could make Tord jokes about Sprout for days. So, I decided to give Frost a similarity to Tom, thus his black eyes!
I called him a "dumbass puppy man" in passing. I now draw him with wolf ears+tail constantly, when that was not the original plan.
