Welcome to Ambi-Inktober of 2023!
Work with spooky prompts to celebrate the month of Halloween!
This event runs from October 1st to October 31st
Finished submissions awards you candies which you can spend on prizes during the last week of the month.
Details
How it works
- Draw images based on the prompts provided for the given days
- Completing prompts earns you “candies” - You get 5 candies per completed prompt
- Each completed submission must include at least one Ambinetic. You can still participate without owning an Ambinetic by drawing one of the Ambi NPCs or someone else's Ambi’s with their permission
- If you include one or more extra Ambinetics owned by other people you get an additional 5 candies! ( This is not 5 extra candies per extra Ambi - just a one time bonus per submission )
- Submit each prompt to this forum and on the 26th of October we will tally the amount of candies you’ve earned in total
- From the 27th of October to the 31st of October you will be able to spend your candies in our prize shop which will also open on the 27th!
RULES
- Typically the challenge of “Inktober” is to complete each prompt on the day that it belongs to. However, we are allowing you to submit your finished prompts during any time between October 1st and October 25th!
- Ability to submit finished prompts ends on October 25th 11:59PM EST
- Your submission must in some way embody the theme of each prompt
- Your submission must include at least one Ambinetic in the piece, but including another members Ambinetic earns you extra points ( See “HOW IT WORKS” section )
- Your submission can be anything from a bust to a full body piece, with or without backgrounds. Both digital and traditional art is accepted and these submissions are allowed to be sketchy and lack color or have a limited palette if you desire. Similar to how other Inktobers work!
- Be sure to be clear about what prompts you’re submitting for in the comments of the thread
