Jotaro absolutely loves astronomy and learning about stars. He might not admit it, but he has quite a lot of books about them hidden in his room and all the glow-in-the-dark stars are arranged to look like actual constellations. He also has photos of the night sky he took himself placed on various shelves.

Vi likes to sing to the plants around the house. He's heard that it can help them grow bigger, but he hasn't been able to find out yet since he and his boyfriend can't keep the plants alive long enough anyway.

Kronas loves being a monster hunter mainly for the adrenaline rush she gets from it, so during her time as ceo of Cadra Tech, she would sneak out at night at do high-risk activities such as jumping off of high cliffs (only when water/cushioning is below, of course), or even provoking dangerous animals.
Guppity's goo is super sweet due to how it likes to eat sugar. However it might be toxic to consume for humans.

Due to his time as a glass harmonica, Verre feels a shudder down his body every time he brushes past someone, or when someone strokes him with their hand. It's nothing major panic attack inducing, just a small, unnerving feeling that makes him a little queasy.
People often bump into Mosi's centipede tail, but she usually doesn't care when it happens or blames the person that ran into it. She also has a habit of bumping into people in general, to the point that it seems like she's doing it on purpose to assert her authority on people that she doesn't like.
A good point, although she's mostly fine with water! She at least knows that with water she can swim if she ends up in the drink. The thing with the slime is that it was so thick that it was hard to really swim through.
