☀️ Say something nice about above user's art

Please make sure to read the rules carefully! They are not long and are here to make sure everyone has a good time and nobody has to be banned

Rules:

  • You must fill your claim within 12 hours! Failing to fill the claim will result in you being skipped
  • Make sure everyone can view your gallery! If you have +18 content make sure it's tagged so that minors can't view it!
  • No passive aggressive or backhanded comments, or anything that could be read as negative or hostile. If you don't like someone's art, don't claim that user. This is a compliment thread, not a critique thread!
  • You can post again after three new posts have been made after yours!
  • If you have already claimed a user once, feel free to compliment one specific piece from their gallery! This is to prevent the game from being clogged
  • Your comment must be at least two full sentencesTry to put effort into your comment, and if you can't think of anything nice to say, maybe don't claim that person at all.

This is not targeted at anyone in particular, but just a reminder that even though cutting your long sentence into two shorter sentences technically gives you the minimum two you need to participate, it's an extremely scummy tactic and absolutely not fair for the person you're claiming! If you can't think of anything nice to say, wait for someone else who you can give a proper reply to. I'm sure you wouldn't want a clearly low effort response either

Banned users:

N/A. Let's keep it that way!

3 warnings = ban from the thread. However, in really big problem situations (insulting and slandering etc) the ban might come immediately

If someone hasn't finished their claim or otherwise causes you trouble, feel free to DM me so I'll give a strike! Please also notify me if someone doesn't follow through the minimum sentence count either!

fizzelston I love how unique your style is! Like I can say with perfect honesty I have never seen anything like yours, and could immediately tell from a piece it's by you! I also like how I could totally imagine them as illustrations even for things like board games and that's nothing short of amazing imo! You have an excellent sense of each character's body type and face shape and the variance is super nice to see, especially because you're not afraid to exaggerate features. The way you alternate between techniques is also really nice while still staying perfectly consistent to your overall style & I really like the way you do linearts in pieces where they have them!!

As a sidenote I ADORE the colours you use, they perfectly match with what I personally find super pleasing to look at & give this really natural feel to your art too

petzcatz2

your art has a really clean and professional look to it! i think you really capture whats so pretty about more anime-like art styles and thats something i honestly admire. the colors you chose for your pieces go together in very nice ways and the softer colors you chose benefits to creating a very soft and dream-like quality to things that you draw. your character design is also top notch and seems like you have a lot of experience with designing characters!

Bunny_Side_Up

you have a very nice cartoony style, I could actually see it used in a cartoon on Tv or in a Webseries, it looks very refined and polished! even thought I'm personally not a fan of a lot of colors and clashing colors used in one piece somehow you manage to pull it off really well! I love all the colors you use and you clearly now how to balance them out perfectly! your painted pieces look really nice as well, they seem nice and soft.

Your style is so cute! I love the feeling of your linework in pieces like this: it feels lively without being rough. You have a solid grasp of color and shapes and how you use them in character designs, and I love how versatile you are with your subject matters and poses! Keep up the good work c:

Your style is very simple and nice. I like how you draw most of your character’s hair to be fluffy and I also like the painted backgrounds you create. Very nice. c: Edit: I was also thinking of the soft colors you usually use. I enjoy those too.

Keigora

Ohh @BlossomSerpent you have a very cute style. I like how it's very obviously anime-inspired, but how you execute it so well too. Your lineart is clean af too, which is a big + as well   the coloring is simple, but not boring, as just adding a simple bit of highlighting and gradient shading helps so much with styles like yours =v= Keep up the good work!

Here's my DA gallery. There's a few sketches and meme'y pics which haven't been put much work behind, so I urge you to look past those when judging =w=; https://keigora.deviantart.com/gallery/?catpath=/
I upload more frequently doodles to my toyhou.se tho, often not seen on my DA, so checking out my gallery here could help a bit as well https://toyhou.se/Keigora/art

Ledokol

I like how you do lineart - the lines are clean and you utilize the varied weight on different lines really well! Looking through your gallery, I feel that your have a good grasp of human anatomy, which shown through some really interesting and dynamic poses you draw. Also, there are quite several pics with long, flowing piece of clothing and you did a great job on conveying the motion of fabric flowing matching to the movement of the pose!

The thing I noticed on DA is that you're very good at motion in pictures and your backgrounds look lovely.
