I originally posted this on the main PSA thread but have been encouraged to make it a proper public PSA.
I've encountered an issue with the user Skullkin trying to resell characters that were traded to them.
I traded designs with them a while ago, exchanging them an anthro rabbit design by Lagena for an anthro design that they had. I had been originally traded the anthro rabbit design myself and the ownership page rights were specifically set to reflect that the design could be retraded and regifted but not resold. I noticed today though that the design was pending a sale to another user and I commented on the page to notify them that the character could not be resold, only traded. My comment was deleted. So I reposted my comment and Skullkin responded claiming that because I did not specifically tell them that it couldn't be resold, that they had the right to resell it. They claimed that they had a right to resell any design they owned. I remember an issue similar to this popping up in the past with someone having their own TOS for trades to give themself the ability to resell anything.
So I guess this is a small PSA to watch out for Skullkin who will resell designs that you trade to them, whether they are allowed for resell or not.

Since our interaction Skullkin has now deleted the character completely and reuploaded it to change credits as they please.
They have not given proper credit to the original artist, have changed the rights to resell to approve, and labeled themself artist of the art.

actually I think you should. i went to go take a look at their account and they reuploaded the character you're talking about so the character permissions are set to can be resold. screenshot album link. new character page link.
it looks like they just did that too and were in the process of reuploading all the art when I nabbed screenshots. maybe you could let the original designer know what's going on? if you know who it is ofc

Skullkin has since deleted the character Candyghouls traded them, left off the original artist and is now putting themselves down as the artist of all of the art on the character. The ownership page now reads that they can gift, trade or resell the character.
I've linked the original and re-uploaded pages. I've since reported the re-upload to the admins. Please note there are nsfw images on the pages as I've left them unedited.

I acknowledge they’re supposedly not reading any more messages on that thread, but I HAD to comment.
Honestly, I’ll never understand the thought pattern of those that get called our. If you just give a genuine apology, people will forgive you. Yes, they’ll still be mad, yes the PSA will stay up, but there will be people that forgive you and accept your faults.
But every time someone gets called out, they seem to just dig themselves further into a hole, by refusing to accept responsibility, by blaming others, it seriously baffles me.
Hey just poking in to say that the Wildren species can be sold for any price btw! Its not against species rules at all and the design was resold to HLS for $150. Not trying to start anything I just wanted to give info

for the mecha trike, i contacted the user and they agreed to a art trade in exchange for the character, so the specific screenshot with them + WoG + Wildren won’t be breaking any ToS.
ZATAN Im honestly not sure. I know that i have to individually edit mine cause i have it set to auto allow anything and i change it as i go.
I do know that the prior owner before HLS bought it off someone (with HLS' help) for the $150 and after the person tried to refuse to pay back the money HLS put in after saying he would. They are only trying to sell the design for the funds they were scammed after.
From the conversation ive had over everything, they are adamant about the fact they plan to shut down the account and remove themselves from the trade/sale markets.
