alright, here's my extensive callout post where i exactly detail the actions felix took, the actions i took problem with, and generally just everything that happened between us. i hope maybe this clears up exactly what i take problem with and exactly what he did wrong .
copy and pasting my tldr:
i made a free design for felix/monocerocaeli/celestialvoyager. he removed all the japanese aspects of the design because “people were upset that he had asian characters” (the only thing to my knowledge was people pointing out that it was odd he had the character from liyue/genshin impact china if the character was clearly japanese). i told him that was a weird thing to do and that it upset me, told him to remove my design off the character’s page, and change the credit to himself (so that he would only be using his redesign). we changed the credit to himself, but he didn’t remove my design or art of my design off the character’s page and listed it for sale with my design still up there
I originally posted this on the main PSA thread but have been encouraged to make it a proper public PSA.
I've encountered an issue with the user Skullkin trying to resell characters that were traded to them.
I traded designs with them a while ago, exchanging them an anthro rabbit design by Lagena for an anthro design that they had. I had been originally traded the anthro rabbit design myself and the ownership page rights were specifically set to reflect that the design could be retraded and regifted but not resold. I noticed today though that the design was pending a sale to another user and I commented on the page to notify them that the character could not be resold, only traded. My comment was deleted. So I reposted my comment and Skullkin responded claiming that because I did not specifically tell them that it couldn't be resold, that they had the right to resell it. They claimed that they had a right to resell any design they owned. I remember an issue similar to this popping up in the past with someone having their own TOS for trades to give themself the ability to resell anything.
So I guess this is a small PSA to watch out for Skullkin who will resell designs that you trade to them, whether they are allowed for resell or not.

Since our interaction Skullkin has now deleted the character completely and reuploaded it to change credits as they please.
They have not given proper credit to the original artist, have changed the rights to resell to approve, and labeled themself artist of the art.

actually I think you should. i went to go take a look at their account and they reuploaded the character you're talking about so the character permissions are set to can be resold. screenshot album link. new character page link.
it looks like they just did that too and were in the process of reuploading all the art when I nabbed screenshots. maybe you could let the original designer know what's going on? if you know who it is ofc

Skullkin has since deleted the character Candyghouls traded them, left off the original artist and is now putting themselves down as the artist of all of the art on the character. The ownership page now reads that they can gift, trade or resell the character.

I made a custom for CelestialVoyager a bit ago (Late July?) in exchange for this character, I don’t have any beef with him I just wanna find out what happened to my design cause he deleted the character and closed his account
I’m kinda iffy on using the design he gave me cause the credits link back to the closed account and I don’t rlly like that
Sorry to bump this, but I reached out to him about breaking my terms of service with a design of mine that he's trying to upsell, and he has since blocked me and deleted my comment. Please be wary that he's still up to this behaviour off-site, and it's much harder to catch him out as there are no transfer logs to refer to for evidence
