You can purchase a C to UC rarity upgrade ($2) here, and then submit a redesign if you’d like to upgrade the ears!
However, I can’t accept it yet because you are missing a body mod (x and/or x). If you remain in your rarity (C), please include either Antenna, Whiskers, and/or a Shrimp Tail.
(Also, it would be great if you could add clothes of some type! Can just be underwear if you would like.)

Edit: Mis read, it's a Rarity upgrade. Then could I get it upgraded to Rare? There's a few things I'd like to do(some scales on the face alongside the gills and ears).
