V Rising Letters : Pigeons

[ A strangely colored pigeon makes its way to you, its head with a strange red material. At first glace, it may be believed to be blood, but is sealing wax. As he lands, he immediately goes to sleep. ]

For what little she speaks of this land, she claimed to have little to no allies, yet it seems everyone had a sort of interest in her.

She speaks even less now, as she grows weak, refusing to drink blood, attempting to renounce the curse of us that wander in the night. She had found a new life a preacher of sorts, of which she had ensured I would carry her word. Its a promise I plan to keep. She had sent me, however, to keep an eye on the man who had claimed the throne, even if my accident. Such is the duty of a Setsuna to ensure the Overlord does not go into a frenzy. 

Nothing could answer the thousand questions of our existence. I only know that we walk this earth today and now. Who is to say of the future.

Should you need of anything, do not hesitate. I will be in my own studies, deciphering the recordings of my former master, and that of those she had passed before in her life here.
