Why Tim never dated Tadej, and why Tadej still wants Tim

Now first of all, Tim was never really interested in dating anyone to begin with. So before he even had a chance to think of it, or to find out that Tadej is in love with him, Nina was the one who fell in love with Tadej. And Tim, being a good friend to Nina, would of course never think of trying anything with the guy he knew she had a crush on. And to make things worse, Nina and Tadej started dating for a while.

Now here’s where things get a bit weird. Not only was Tadej off limits for Tim while dating Nina, this allowed Tim to take a glimpse into what Tadej was as a boyfriend. Nina wasn’t even his first girlfriend, and Tim had plenty of chance to see that Tadej, while he sure liked his girls a lot, wasn’t a too attentive and affectionate boyfriend. It was that, that turned Tim off to dating Tadej. But ironically, the reason why he was like that with Nina and other girls, was being in love with Tim. He knew he couldn’t loved those girls as they deserved, and fearing abandonment and rejection, he would always rather be the one to push them away, before getting too attached and end up getting hurt, so those relationships were short lived and superficial. What Tim couldn’t know was, that Tadej would absolutely be more affectionate towards him, if he was ever to get a chance with him. But then again, they never really dated, so it’s hard to say for sure how their relationship would play out. This is what let Tadej keep this ideal fantasy in his mind all these years, as a contrast to all the other failed relationship. The only relationship that didn’t fail, was the idealised version of Tadej and Tim, that Tadej held on for this long. And in this same contrast, Tim seeing how Tadej treated his girls, and how all the relationships eventually failed, believed he would only end up getting hurt if he tried dating Tadej.

Why Tadej never asked Tim out?

It’s not exactly a heavily guarded secret that Tadej is in love with Tim, but no one quite knows how deep Tadej’s feelings for Tim really are. It’s hard to pinpoint the exact moment where friendly feelings towards Tim grew into something more, but as the time passed, Tadej became more and more convinced that Tim is “the one” for him. Although Tadej already had Andrej and Tim has Nina for a best friend, there was always a special bond between Tim and Tadej. They understood each other on a deeper level, they both went through hardships in life, Tadej with the death of his mother, and Tim with his strange bringing up in T@Ö#Ä3. They both were broken in a way, both were depressed, and they could really understand each other more than spoiled and pampered Andrej and Nina could ever understand them. But on the other hand, maybe it was exactly this that drove them apart. As much as they did understand each other, they would more quickly just feed off of each other’s depression. On the other hand, Nina and Andrej had something else to offer. Their uplifting attitudes attracted both Tim and Tadej, so they ended up with them as best friends. Now with BFFs other than each other already picked out, Tim and Tadej would be free to date each other when they grew older. But being in this tight knit group, there was a lot at stake for Tadej. If Tadej was to ask Tim out and date him, this was it, nothing could go wrong, or their whole group would fall apart. He already felt this once, after breaking up with Nina. After the brekup he could feel Nina and Tim drift away from Andre and Tadej, and Tadej couldn't risk breaking up a group even further and losing Tim forever. It was all or nothing at that point, and Tadej already knew Tim wasn't too interested in dating him to begin with. That’s why Tadej hesitated to ask Tim out and date other girls to distract himself. Even dating Nina was a mistake, which Tadej knew from the start, and was also the reason why he ended things with her pretty quickly. But this hesitation to confess his feelings to Tim, cost Tadej what could have been. Tim met Cereal Killer and started a relationship with him, which sealed all of their fates.

Why is Tadej still in love with Tim?

This is probably a question the easiest to answer. As already said before, because Tim and Tadej never actually dated, this perfect fantasy of what Tadej imagined their relationship would be persisted in his mind. For all the relationships that failed, Tim was always the only one who always stayed in Tadej’s life, the one who always cared for him and understood him, the one who never hurt him or left him. Even if he is with Cereal Killer, he’s still always there for Tadej in time of need.

Why is Tim with Cereal Killer

So we already know why Tim never dated Tadej, and apart form that, Tim was never very interested in dating in general. He had Nina and he also had Andrej and Tadej in his life, so why would he need anyone else. As sensitive as Tim is, he never wanted to get involved with people recklessly and needlessly, as he didn’t wanna end up just getting hurt. At the same time, he was always told about his mom that, being raised as a drag queen, it’s only proper for him to marry a fairy. maybe this also contributed a bit to Tim not wanting to date Tadej, but Tim always thought he would rather abandon tradition if he met someone he really loved, every if they weren’t a fairy.

But as it happened, Cereal Killer decided one day to invite himself into Tim’s life. He had been following Tim closely; being a son of a famous fashion designer, he always appeared in media, where he caught Cereal Killer’s attention. After years of following Tim closely, Cereal Killer decided he wants Tim all for himself. He took a chance and traveled to Ä+*4~ where he found Tim’s home and showed up at the door. Tim, being a kind soul and raised in proper values, gladly offered a fairy a place to stay. Tim, convinced that this couldn’t be for more than a few days, didn’t think much of it at first. He wasn’t particularly happy to have some random guy in his home, but he was a fairy and they seemed to get along pretty well, so he didn’t rush him away. After all, Tim lived alone at the time, and he didn’t mind some company. But Cereal Killer had a plan. Pretty much. He managed to move in to TIm’s apartment, and from there, he started trying to get closer with Tim. He made weird remarks about how he will inevitably have sex with Tim, to which Tim objected, but in reality, he never kicked Cereal Killer out. After all, Cereal Killer was a fairy, and according to tradition he was to marry a fairy. Also, he was a moth fairy and moths are totes adorbz. So Tim let Cereal Killer live with him and see what happens. And what happened was the only logical result. Cereal Killer kept getting closer, asking Tim to pretend to be his wife, sleeping in his bed, taking care of him if he got sick (which was, unbeknownst to TIm, sometimes caused by Cereal Killer himself to begin with) and giving him all sorts of attention. Tim wasn’t sure if he actually loved Cereal Killer, but he did like the attention, so he kinda just went with it. Quite honestly, he would never have done anytihng with anyone if he didn't want to. And as the time went on, it didn’t even really matter anymore. As far as anyone is concerned, they are now a perfectly proper couple :3 Not only that, they are engaged to be married at the time of writing this.
