Day 7 Main Prompts.

Sea prompt : Day 7A

After the scroll was translated it was only a matter of time before it would need to be transported to the sea kingdom next. As the magic only seemed to grow in strength and chaos they just as swiftly halted. Although welcome it came with the fearsome speck in the distance. The titans approach no longer a speculation to those few who still doubted the words of the patrols. The whirlpools that blocked off the contact with the city below the waves no more. The few that had tried to brave the force of the currents before this looking on with relief, yet a bit of apprehension of its sudden return.

Now Everest stood alongside a few others tasked with taking down the scroll. Planning on dropping it of with the translator and waiting until they could return. The waves lapped at his paws as he stood with Cath and the cubs. All of them taking the chance to explore with their very own guide. Waiting as he watched with failing hidden laughter at Dido and Cher's reaction to the potion. The connection giving them the ability to breath below the waves, but perhaps not the tastiest drink in the world.

Sea prompt: Day 7C

"Are you three ready?", asking one last time  as Everest prepared for his early return to his home. He could only hope he wouldn't come across his father while down there. He's not sure he could deal with him today if ever in the future, not after his view on his life had the veil lifted from his eyes. With an exaggerated nod from Cher he turned and picked up the scroll. Nodding to the guards who escorted them down. Ensuring that none of the land visitors were swept away by the tides or currents that surrounded the kingdom. The place was as beautiful as he remembered. The sunlight filtering down from above danced across the surface of every building it could touch. Schools of fished weaved in and out of coral and visitors alike. Dido watching in fascination as one butterfly fish swam right up to him. Almost observing with the same level fascination held by the cub that froze on the spot, as if afraid to move in the chace it would spook the tiny creature. With a wave of his paw Everest urged the fish along as he passed, "Come along Dido belive me there are more fish where that one came from. Maybe I can show you the school I always liked to watch after we deliver the scroll." Looking to Cath for confirmation.

Thankfully the delivery went smoothly. Only put off slightly by the kings paranoid ramblings, those unused to the royal family seemingly lost at how to handle the situation. Everest waiting patiently for the princess to take up the task as her father most certainly would not. That was a little while ago, and only now where they leaving the castle. The cubs restless from standing around for so long. With the translation possibly taking the rest of the day they had just as much time to explore. It started out very casual, just showing them where specific buildings lay, or where it was best to grab a quick snack.

Dido took him up on his early offer and sat with Everest as they watched a nearby coral cluster. The fish almost dancing in their movements, there scales sparkling in the filtered sunlight. It was a very calming experience and was a welcoming change from the choas that filled the past week of the hyenas life.

Cher on the other hand seemed adamant  on watching the guards train in the battle arena. Cheering alongside the crowds that gathered go watch the displays of skill and prowess. The guards themselves pleased with the chance to show off it would seem. At one point they had allowed down cubs and few young ones to compete in easier and harmless challenges. Cher carrying around the small sash he won with the pride of hunter that had taken down a prized kill. The cub announcing his victory to anyone who would listen, no matter if they wanted to know the details  or not.

Cath was a bit harder to pinpoint an exact location she would enjoy visiting simply found joy in watching her cubs enjoy themselves. Before at last taking some time for herself to tell tales of her life within the walls of the library. The keeper Polus having given a few of the visitors permission to share their tales if he was allowed to catalog them for future generations. No one having the heart to remind the old lion of the approaching titan at the moment. Allowing him to delve deep within his books and writings. Today was a good day, and he could only hope was a prediction of the future they strived for.
