Sky Types

Galaxy Babies come in many colors, but must fit within certain "Sky Types" - a palette that represents the time of day they were born in! They will have the most power during this time of day because they have a deep connection to their Sky Type. From a chosen Sky Type, you will pick the colors for the Gradient that will be used on the glimmering galaxies seen in or on their ears, tails, eyes and wings.

These mythic palettes differ from typical palettes as they are more general and have less specific times of day, and sometimes represent a place or event. Giving more freedom design wise, rarity wise, and lore wise. We hope to add more soon!

You may only utilize colors that match the Sky Type listed on your design, as it dictates the range of the colors your design can possess. The colors do not have to be exact to the examples below. We will judge this best we can and be as flexible as possible with colors outside of these listings so long as they keep to the spirit of the Sky Type. The color guide below is not strict and is just here to help. However, please try and stick close to it!

Winged/Mythic Galaxy Babies!

You're Mythic Design is a Winged Galaxy Baby so it absolutely has to have wings!
Galaxybabies have humanoid fleshtones unless otherwise mutated by item, trait or crossbreed/hybrid.
Scroll down for more information on what kinds of wings, and what goes on them!
Don't forget your wings!


Mythic Gradient Types

Gradients are required in a Galaxy Baby's ears and on their tail. The colors chosen must match the Sky Type for the design!
The style of your Gradient must remain consistent on both ears and tail (unless using a Mythic Mutation).

Animal Traits

  • Animal Traits

    Must be in whole or part Glimmering and utilize your Sky Type Gradient.
    Do not mix animals! (The only exception would be an existing Fantasy Animal!) Galaxybabies have to be Humanoid they can not have feral features.
          Underwater Animal Traits
          Insect/Butterflies/Moths Traits
          Fantasy Animal Traits (Unicorns, Dragons, etc)
          Extinct Animals Traits (Dinosaurs, Sabertooths, etc)

  • Wings (Winged/Mythic Ticket Only!)

    Wings are exclusive to and mandatory if you have a Mythic Ticket.
    Must be in whole or part Glimmering and utilize your Sky Type Gradient.
    These can be attached to the character or detached and floating.
    Primary wings must originate from the center or upper back.
    More than one set of wings is possible at various placements.
          Avian/Angelic Wings
          Draconic/Dragon Wings
          Butterfly/Moth Wings


A Galaxy Baby's ears can be from any type of real animal. If you use a bird or flying creature you may use that creature's wings as ears. If you use an antlered or horned creature you may have antlers or horns alongside the ears (this is the only way of getting horns). All additional animal parts glimmering in full or part and utilize the design's Sky Type Gradient. Restrictions: Animals only means no underwater creatures, insects, etc, and real means no fantasy animals (see Mythic Mutations to unlock these options).

The colored areas on this chart mark where the sparkles go inside the eyes, please don't forget the starry shimmers.
Their pupils (shown below in white) can be any color in their Sky Type, and both eyes should match.
