Luniidae Traits

Luniidae - Moon Moths - created/ruled under moonflowers/Mona formerly the All-Mother - their name comes from lunar aka moon harkening back to their origin and their ruling goddess' paradigm

These moths came to be as the all-mother had the moths harvest the pollens from the moon flower from her son. They eventually absorbed so much magic they began to gain human form creating a new species of fluffy moth children known as Luniidae. They all bear striking resemblance to Terra's saturniidae family of moths. Luniidae are predominately male with 70% of the population being male and 30% being female.

There is about 1,300 Saturniidae moths so plenty to choose from. If you don't want a saturniidae moth you can buy a nonbasic ticket which includes silk traits exclusive to the nonbasic ticket.

A little note on wings Only Saturniidae wings will be accepted, will need item for any other moth types. These are just examples not a comprehensive list. Wings should always include a lunar pattern on them. You can have many different powder colors around and on your Luniidae or for short Lunii <3 They should always have some sort of Lunar Marking on their chest area can be as big or small as you want can branch out onto their chest. They can also have moonflower accents, and embellishments.

Patterns are biolumiscent in moonlight in many soft pastel colors with soft magic sparkles flowing off them.

This species has fantasy skin tone predominantly 70%-80% fantasy skintone with an option for 20%-30% fleshtone but you can just have 100% fantasy skin. They mostly hav eregular humanoid pupils but some have crescent moon shaped ones in many varieties

Species Specific - Luniidaes must have a special adornment item, these usually feature a large sparkling crystal and a moonflower incased inside. It should be prominently featured on the design. This item helps them kee their humanoid form and ties in to their magic, it also prolongs their life. Going without it can mean an eternal sleep. There are crowns, circlets, diadems and many other ways to fashion these adornments. They can also have danglers in their hair, at the bottom of the ears that match this piece. The danglers are a fixed feature/trait, so if your want it removable make "earrings" instead.
