A "phenotype" is how a genotype presents, which is what we learned from the Breeding Help page. Genotypes can express in different ways! Below is a nice long list of various ways certain genotypes may look, but it isn't anywhere near comprehensive. If you're unsure if your phenotype adheres to the rules of the gene, simply ask an admin or mod to look at the design. This phenotype guide should be a great place to begin, though!

Physiology
Ears
St ears are always on top of the head. Fl ears are always on the bottom, and floppy.
In cases where st and fl can mix, ears are upright, but are rabbit like and/or floppy.
Default ears (what you get when st or fl don't express) are on the side of the head.
Heads
Flat heads can be oval or round. Bs (stubby) are short-snouted, and express as lapin or feline.
Be (elongated), are long snouts that express as canines or equines.
All types, sans flat, can be either round, square, or pointed.
Bodies
M / Fa / Sz cannot be separated. All kinds of body type are allowed.
Want your demon super buff? Heck yeah... "mm" can be super ripped if you want.
Fur Type
Hair type (with normal cut) affects the whole body, but I just use heads here.
Hair can get pretty long, just don't make length so extreme that
they look like Rapunzel. That's too extreme, and may be a mutation at that point.
Fur Cuts
Pretty simple guide to follow here. You can move the hair line a bit up or down if desired.
So, you could have sheep cut where hair stops are the top of the thigh/shoulders.
You could have poodle cut where they have puffs on bottom feet and tail, but not the hands...
Tails
Essentially, Nn = "cat" tail, nn = "rabbit" tail, NN = "curled" tail. Tf affects the fur on the tail, but is variable
with how much of the tail the fur affects. You could have long fur on just the tip, or make the whole tail fluffy.
Rabbit tails stay decently stubby, even when long. But they do tend to get bigger and wider.
Curly tails can be as curly as you'd like, as long as at least 1 curl is present.
Horns
Normal horns have the least variability. Antelope horns are like gazelle, springbok, kudu, gembok, and the like.
Pronged horns make use of any antler, including moose and pronghorn.
Curled horns are like bighorn sheep. Bull horns can be more frontal like a general bull, or to the side like a longhorn.
