REGISTRY
Character pages will be checked occasionally for things like new owners and name changes, but it's not guaranteed we'll notice as soon as a character changes hands.
For best practices, inform an admin or mod if you trade the character or change the name.
Rules of the Registry
✦ Characters created by staff are no longer automatically pedigrees,
due to the number of free character never receiving names, sexes, or being used.
They will be listed on the registry for record keeping but will not count until the below steps are followed.
✦ Non-demons do not need to be registered
✦ Your character must follow the breeding guidelines
✦ Your character must fit its phenotype: for example a character with flfl cannot have cat ears
✦ Must not have any unapproved mutations or anomalies
✦ Any art made by other artists on the profile must be properly credited
✦ Your character must actually have the profile template filled out. This includes giving them a name. Please.
✦ Hellborns after May 2020 real time MUST begin at one of the schisms from the "History, Time, & Location" page.
They can travel wherever they like later, but they must start from one of those. *
✦ * Some Hellborn demons can begin their life on Earth before year 0 in game,
however these will be accepted rarely. You are free to try and submit one,
but that doesn't mean the backstory will be accepted. Demons on Earth before year 0 are rare.
Benefits
✦ Getting permission to add a "pedigree" sticker to the character's profile, showing admin approval
✦ Ability for that character to enter events and contests to win prizes
✦ Ability to add that character to breed clubs and be recognized as a particular breed
✦ Ability to use the character if breeding them as a special "guest artist" for money (with admin permission)
✦ Ability to claim an offical title for that design
✦ All the snobbery that comes with telling your neighbor:
"yes Karen, this IS a purebred, pedigree Doberman pincher, can't you see the sticker on his profile? :^)"

How to
✦ Use the appropriate profile template below the spoiler boxes and fill it out
✦ Character must have a SFW reference sheet that includes: clothes-less front shot, and if applicable a back shot (base coming soon)
✦ Submit the finished character profile to this Google Form
✦ If given the A-OK, the character will be added to the registry!
