Am i allowed to apply if i turn 15 next month?

Ah sorry for the multi-post, but I had a few questions before I wanted to join, if that's okay of course :)

1-Do we have to create characters from the creature page only or are we allowed to have characters be whatever race\type we want?

and 2- is it okay to make alternate versions of existing Oc's and put them in this world? say, I have an Oc and I want to make an alternate version of them that fits into this world, am I allowed to do that? 

But just wanted to know, i would prefer not to break any rules lol

whoa, this is the coolest world I've ever seen! I'm considering joining later on. one question tho, is roleplaying required to do to stay in this world?
