And now the fun part!

The only requirement is for your character to be able to use magic or be affiliated with magic in some way.
If you have any magical characters that could use some new action, hand them a key to Mahou Wando and bring them in!
If you're not a magic user but you're in Mahou Wando:

Does my character need to be completed ft. backstory and whatnot?
No! They simply need to exist and have enough description + visual distinction for us to know what they're supposed to be.
Can I use an already finished character? Like one I've had for a couple of years?
Yes, you can use pre-made characters! They're just as valid as brand new ones.
So, how do I approach building a character for this world?
Give our lore a read to get an idea of what to expect!
Although applications are not required, they are here to help make introducing new characters easier for the community.
Fill out a character template/application.
NOTICE
When filling out the template, PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHARACTER'S AGE RANGE OBVIOUS!!
Aka it must be OBVIOUS whether they are an adult or kiddo! This is to prevent awkward interactions with other peeps.
In the group when RPing with your character, be courteous and think of the community!
If you have a cute art style (like yours truly) where sometimes age isn't the most obvious or you have an immortal entity of some sort, put "AGE OF APPEARANCE" in the age section! (That should ideally correspond with their mental age)
Q: What if I have an immortal entity that has been alive for 200 years but they're 40 in angel years and chooses to look 30 for makeup? What's their age then?
A: They are 40, because their mental age is 40. Put 30 for your AOP and 40 for their mental age! Go and have fun with other people around the 40's age range!
DO NOT PUT "UNKNOWN" or any variations of it with no age of appearance if you want to keep your character's age a mystery. All apps after the update MUST follow this rule or you will hear the bear at your door.
And if it's not obvious: WE DO NOT VALIDATE CHARACTERS THAT ARE DESIGNED TO BE L*LI/SH*TA PERIOD. Aka minor characters with not appropriate intentions, they cannot be here and if you want to have them you should be talking to the FBI.
We just ask that you keep the stories you make for the group sfw, around the PG16 rating!!!
It's alright to get a lil DEEP and ANGSTY, we like a lil spice.
But man we just have no interest engaging with explicit nsfw content period in this group!!
Thus please do not enter with intention to share/write nsfw content! That will make it very awkward and we'll have to slap ya with the ban hammer if we see it.

FIRST CHARACTER-MAKING TIP!!!
Your first character will want to live in the main realm; Mahou Wando.

And when you decide on one?
Then you can choose a career, hobby or passion of theirs!

No, just your first one.
