===Nyanarrs===

===Basic Description===

Nyanarrs are a humanoid species of Gaidinia. They are born with the ability to control elements, but every Nyanarr is limited to one type of element only. The other major difference between them and humans is their animal ears. Attached to the ears are so-called fluff balls with a string that holds the second ball of fluff, which is their most important body part. It's the source of their life force and magic; cutting it off would result in death. Additionally, Nyanarrs always have animal tails and some can even have horns or antlers.

When it comes to elements, Dark and Light are considered to be the strongest. Nyanarrs with these powers were one of the oldest Gaidinian species and many still consider them to be an aristocracy. They try to keep their blood as pure as possible by avoiding reproduction with other elements. Their home is usually the capital, a city called Aditone.

Fire, Water, Earth, and Air are elements that came into existence later, but nowadays they make up the majority. Eventually, they even gave birth to new and more unusual elements. At first, it was only Wood (evolved from Earth) and Metal (from Fire), but now we also know Ice (from Water) and Electricity (from Air). The elements are constantly evolving and it's not a stretch to say that we might yet come across more elements in the future.

Here's the Traits Guide for Nyanarrs.
And here's the link for Nyanarr NPCs!

13v-I7fIB3eOGjy3FH4PqObLQLZC2hCYz.png===What are Nyanarrs?====

Nyanarrs are an original species from Gaidinia. They are a kemonomimi species with animal ears and tails. Their specialty is the ability to control elemental magic - each Nyanarr is able to control one element of nature. According to what element Nyanarrs are born with, they are divided into common Nyanarrs (water, fire, earth, and air), uncommon Nyanarrs (ice, electricity, wood, and metal), and rare Nyanarrs (light and dark). That doesn't mean that Nyanarrs do not mix, but they do commonly seek Nyanarrs of the same element to have around. There is a classist mindset among Nyanarrs - the rarer their element is, the rarer is the chance they will want to interfere with Nyanarrs of other and/or lower elements. Ex: Light Nyanarrs barely want to mix with Fire or Water Nyanarrs, etc.

===Where do Nyanarrs live?===

Most Nyanarrs prefer to live in Gaidinia, as it is their home and they feel safe and accepted there. There are many places where Nyanarrs live, but particular elements usually prefer specific places in Gaidinia that they come from or where their population is the densest (ex. Fire Nyanarrs usually live in the hot zones, for example Zhrugh or Ligeria, while Water Nyanarrs prefer Meizisia or Mezthrain). Dark and Light Nyanarrs usually live in Aditone, the capital city. It's not a rule, of course.

===Nyanarrs and Elemental Magic===

Each Nyanarr is born with one elemental magic (ex. water) and that is the element that they can control. Their powers vary, as Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. However, a lot of these given predispositions can be influenced by training and practice in order to improve their magic.

The source of Nyanarr magic are their upper and lower fluff balls. The magic protects these parts of their body as well as the string connecting them. It is almost impossible to damage the string, and if it happens, the Nyanarr dies immediately. Due to the magical nature of the fluff balls, different effects may appear on/around them. For example, flower growth may appear on the fluff balls of Earth Nyanarrs, or flames on the furballs of fire Nyanarrs. Nyanarr elemental magic is connected to their soul and heart, therefore it reflects their emotional state as well. In other words, if they feel angry, scared, surprised, or any other intense emotion, their magic can activate in the area of their fluff balls. For example, if a metal Nyanarr becomes frightened, the magic will naturally turn their fluff balls to metal. It's easier to control this for Nyanarrs who train their element a lot, therefore, we can say that the ability to control automatic activation of elemental magic is directly dependent on the Nyanarr's general control of their element.

As already partly mentioned, not all Nyanarrs have the same amount of control over their element as the others. Talent and control(training) are not the same things. A very talented (powerful) Nyanarr can also be incapable of controlling the enormous amount of power they were born with, and therefore their elemental magic is really hard for them to control. They need to train and practice their elemental magic to gain control. On the other hand, Nyanarrs can be born very good at controlling their magic, but the elemental magic itself doesn't need to be as strong. This can be also improved with training. And yes, there are Nyanarrs who are born both talented and skillful in controlling their power, however, it is rather rare.

The more powerful and skillful the Nyanarr, the stronger and better they can use their element. An interesting thing to mention is that, even if a Nyanarr is weaker in terms of element rarity, they can still overpower a Nyanarr of a generally stronger element, if their own element is powerful and they are skilled in using it (ex. Ice Nyanarrs are generally stronger than Fire Nyanarrs, however, if an Ice Nyanarr is rather weak and unskilled in using their magic, they can be easily overpowered by skilled and powerful Fire Nyanarr). This applies to all element rarities, however, the gap between common and uncommon Nyanarrs is much smaller than the gap between common and rare Nyanarrs. In other words, it is much more probable that common can overpower uncommon rather than overpowering rare elemental Nyanarrs (there are of course exceptions).

===Fire Nyanarrs===

1wEqXMMRxR5IiQ9EpYj4cF6IzBuoAqarV.pngThey first appeared in the land of Zhrugh, one of the hottest places of Gaidinia. Later, some of them moved to Azsai, which led to the evolution of Metal Nyanarrs. Fire Nyanarrs are very commonly of explosive personality, they are usually of sanguine or choleric temperament, and they can be very energic, determined, and persistent. It is not uncommon for Fire Nyanarrs to have anger issues or a very short temper, however, it is not a set rule. Same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is also said that Fire Nyanarrs are the most passionate but also most jealous of all Nyanarrs.

Fire Nyanarrs are generally weak against Water Nyanarrs and strong against Air Nyanarrs. They are weaker than any uncommon or rare element. All of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers, and training.

Fire Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power, baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally set things on fire. During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Fire Nyanarrs are setting things on fire, setting fire off, strengthening their physical strength with an inner fire, being fireproof, increasing the temperature of liquid or thermally conductive objects, and using their element powers in combat.

Fire Nyanarrs have a special element-unique trait: they can set part of their body on fire (this can be turned on and off by will).

===Water Nyanarrs===

1vMe-IsvzODL-ZOUBkks3AlVJNcebeUtP.pngWater Nyanarrs first appeared in Sthrain. Once the Water Nyanarrs took on a more humanoid (their current) form, they built The Water Village - Ion - where they lived for a long period of time. After part of the water clan moved to Aizer, the Ice Nyanarrs evolved from them. Water Nyanarrs are known for their calm, go-with-the-flow, strong-minded, and easy-going personality. They are usually of sanguine or phlegmatic temperament and they are very easy-going, chill, and persistent. It is not uncommon for Water Nyanarrs to not take things too seriously or seem almost apathetic to problems, however, it is not a set rule. Same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is also said that Water Nyanarrs are the truest of friends and companions.

Water Nyanarrs are generally weak against Earth Nyanarrs and strong against Fire Nyanarrs. They are weaker than any uncommon or rare element. All of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers, and training.

Water Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. Baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally spill their water powers all over the place. During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Water Nyanarrs are controlling water temperature, casting water from thin air, casting both seawater and freshwater, breathing underwater, talking to fish and sea fauna, being able to calm rippled water surfaces, and using their element powers in combat.

Water Nyanarrs have special element-unique traits:  gill, fins, water-fauna tail, body parts coated with water. They are also the only Nyanarrs who can get sick with the Sea Curse.

===Air Nyanarrs===

1rvo1DZ5n898gSXacXc7rhGpFRzjoYYpR.pngAir Nyanarrs lived below the Skyer mountains (part of Aizer) where only birds and dragons lived. To survive, evolution gave many of them wings to hunt. Some Air Nyanarrs were blessed by the gods and they found a new power, getting rid of the old one and that is how Electricity Nyanarrs evolved. Air Nyanarrs are known for their energetic and curious personalities. They are usually cheerful, playful, easy-going, and friendly. On the other hand, they can come off as irresponsible sometimes, unable to focus, or even childish. They are usually of a sanguine temperament and extroverted. It is not uncommon for Air Nyanarrs to be of an all-over-the-place personality, talks too much and/or too fast, and get lost in their own words or thoughts. However, same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is also said that Air Nyanarrs are the most playful and fun to be around.

Air Nyanarrs are generally weak against Fire Nyanarrs and strong against Earth Nyanarrs. They are weaker than any uncommon or rare element. All of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers, and training.

Air Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. Baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally start floating or make things around them float. During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Air Nyanarrs are controlling wind, controlling air pressure, ability to use the wind to walk or run faster, casting tornados, using air to "float" (hold themselves above the ground for a certain period of time), and using their element powers in combat.

Air Nyanarrs have special element-unique traits: cloud-like lower fluff balls, cloud-like tail (any kind of tail), bird-like tail. They are also the only Nyanarrs who commonly have wings. They can also use their element to walk or run faster.

===Earth Nyanarrs===

1CIcGZe1tFHDQECeOl3jvSrXQDPlvWLty.pngEarth Nyanarrs occupied the forested parts of Gaidinia - mostly Storeng. Some of them moved deeper into the forest and found a stronger source of power evolving into Wood Nyanarrs. It was later found out that the place they found was Sheizin. Earth Nyanarrs are known for their soft, warm-hearted, empathetic, and kind personalities. They are kind and generous but also usually rather shy and quiet. They might come across as day-dreamers and lost in their thoughts sometimes, they often perceive the world in a completely different way than others and might therefore come across as "too soft" or naive. They are very commonly of melancholic or phlegmatic temperament or even introverted. And it is not uncommon for Earth Nyanarrs to prefer the companionship of plants rather than other Nyanarrs. Yet, same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is also said that Earth Nyanarrs are the kindest and the most generous of all the Nyanarrs.

Earth Nyanarrs are generally weak against Air Nyanarrs and strong against Water Nyanarrs. They are weaker than any uncommon or rare element. All of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers, and training.

Earth Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. Baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally start flower growth on their body, or plants around them might start growing uncontrollably. During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Earth Nyanarrs are the ability to start/speed up/maintain/control the growth of plants, ability to heal plants from plant-illnesses, communicate with plants (not directly, they can feel what the plants are feeling), and using their element powers in combat.

Earth Nyanarrs have special element-unique traits: wooden tail, wooden horns/antlers, and flowers/plants growing on ears, fluff balls, tail, or horns/antlers. Earth Nyanarrs are the only Nyanarrs that can get sick with the Hanahaki disease. Flower growth is something Earth Nyanarrs can turn on and off by will.

===Wood Nyanarrs===

1NQFiBu2GwBzZOkZZUXHQB-WTiozB9_2-.pngWood Nyanarrs evolved from Earth Nyanarrs. Those who moved deep into the Storeng - the place was later found to be Sheizin -  were blessed by the spirits living there, becoming one with the trees, and finding a new, stronger connection with the element of wood. Wood Nyanarrs are known for their calm, precise, even, and considerate personalities. They are most commonly of melancholic or sanguine temperament and sometimes considered to be introverted. Wood Nyanarrs could be described as wise, emphatic, open-minded with a strong connection to nature - even stronger than Earth Nyanarrs. It is not uncommon for Wood Nyanarrs to be considered a little emotionally distant and intellectually different (they might come across as know-it-alls as they will most probably correct you anytime you make a mistake or say any untruth). Yet, same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is also said that Wood Nyanarrs are the most connected with nature of all and they can see right into your heart.

Wood Nyanarrs are generally weak against Ice Nyanarrs and strong against Electric Nyanarrs. They are stronger than any common element, but significantly weaker than any rare element. All of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers, and training.

Wood Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. Baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally start wood growth on their body, or tiny trees around them might start growing uncontrollably. During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Wood Nyanarrs are the ability to start/speed up/maintain/control the growth of trees (wood), grow leaves and fruit grown from trees at will, communicate with forest fauna (not directly, they can feel what the animals are feeling), turn parts of their body wooden, become one with a tree to camouflage, and using their element powers in combat.

Wood Nyanarrs have special element-unique traits: non-permanent/permanent wooden body parts. Wood growth is something Wood Nyanarrs can turn on and off by will.

===Metal Nyanarrs===

1aA_L80HCcCoBOwnXPRX2-hvKDW9hdopg.pngMetal Nyanarrs evolved from Fire Nyanarrs who moved to Azsai, where they gained the power to combine their fire element with their new location, rich with metal. Metal Nyanarrs are known for their strong, determined, stubborn, and persistent personalities. But they are also known for being very calm and thoughtful. They are very commonly of phlegmatic temperament and extroverted. Metal Nyanarrs are great leaders, they are strict but fair, and they usually have a tactical mind. It is not uncommon for Metal Nyanarrs to be perceived as hard to approach, stubborn, overly strict, or arrogant. Arrogance is something people can see in Metal Nyanarrs, since they can be very strict with rules and they are proud of their positions, therefore, they might come across as "parenting" others or "giving orders". However, same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is also said that Metal Nyanarrs are the hardest to convince and the best of leaders.

Metal Nyanarrs are generally weak against Electric Nyanarrs and strong against Ice Nyanarrs. They are stronger than any common element, but significantly weaker than any rare element. All of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers, and training.

Metal Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. Baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally turn parts of their body into metal and end up being unable to turn them back (not forever, of course). During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Metal Nyanarrs are creating and forming metal by will (every Metal Nyanarr controls only one type of metal, ex. gold), form metal into projectiles, form shields and create weapons out of metal, liquify and de-liquify metal at will, turn their limbs into weaponry (including shooting guns), and using their element powers in combat.

Metal Nyanarrs have special element-unique traits: non-permanent metal body parts and/or permanent metal body parts, and metal tail, horns/antlers, and/or lower fluff balls.

===Ice Nyanarrs===

1QcgV-_UcTbnQGKJgCygEq3YVzbnFr-yv.pngIce Nyanarrs evolved from Water Nyanarrs. It was expected that Air Nyanarrs would be the ones to evolve into Ice Nyanarrs if they moved north in Aizer, however, in the end, it was Water Nyanarrs. It happened after some Water Nyanarrs decided to move to live in Aizer. Ice Nyanarrs are very commonly of a stoic, even, calm, sometimes almost emotionless personality. They are very analytic, intelligent, good in tactics, and they are usually quite stubborn, persistent, and ambitious. Ice Nyanarrs are of a rather phlegmatic temperament and introverted. And it is not uncommon for them to be perceived as unfriendly, and emotionally cold. Sometimes they can even come across as cruel. However, same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is also said that Ice Nyanarrs are the most loyal and fair of all the Nyanarrs.

Ice Nyanarrs are generally weak against Metal Nyanarrs and strong against Wood Nyanarrs. They are stronger than any common element, but significantly weaker than any rare element. All of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers, and training.

Ice Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. Baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally freeze things around them or cover them with rime. During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Ice Nyanarrs are the ability to create ice, control water temperature (in minuses), freeze water just by touching it or stepping on it, form ice into projectiles, surviving severely cold temperatures, ability to form ice shields and create weapons out of ice, and using their element powers in combat.

Ice Nyanarrs have special element-unique traits: non-permanent icy body parts and permanent icy horns/antlers and lower fluff balls.

===Electric Nyanarrs===

Their evolution was a little special. They didn't evolve thanks to their Air Nyanarr predecessors moving to a different area having to adapt - they actually evolved after Air Nyanarrs approached a special kind of power in the mountains of Skyer. Electric Nyanarrs are Air Nyanarrs blessed with powerful elemental magic of storm that was discovered in the Skyer by common Air Nyanarrs a long time ago.

These days, Electric Nyanarrs live mainly in the area of Meizisia. Electric Nyanarrs are known for their energetic, cheerful, generous, and restless personality. They are usually of sanguine temperament and extroverted. They are assertive, perky, confident, and they sometimes talk way too fast. It is not uncommon for Electric Nyanarrs to be known as short-tempered, explosive, or "difficult to handle" because they have so much energy and personality. But they are generally very loving and loyal, it just takes a lot of time to tire them, haha. However, same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is also said that Electric Nyanarrs are the most playful and friendly of all the Nyanarrs.

Electric Nyanarrs are generally weak against Wood Nyanarrs and strong against Metal Nyanarrs. They are stronger than any common element, but significantly weaker than any rare element. All of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers, and training.

Electric Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. Baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally electrify things or break electronic devices (ex. phones, GPS, televisions). During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Electric Nyanarrs are causing/initiating/controlling electric impulses, turning the power on and off, functioning as power source themselves, communicating with electronic devices (not directly), hacking electronic devices and making them work/misbehave, and using their element powers in combat. Electric Nyanarrs are also the only Nyanarrs that can "teleport" themselves. This only works for very short distances (up to 5 meters) and this ability is called a "flash-port" (in Slovak: "preblesknútie"), to imagine what it looks like, try to recall Flash from the DC comics.

Electric Nyanarrs have special element-unique traits: non-permanent lightning around the body parts, stormy cloud-like lower full balls, and stormy cloud-like tail (any kind of tail).

===Light Nyanarrs===

169VPS6ka9GGMQO5r8YvdtvJR28V9hIq-.pngDark Nyanarrs and Light Nyanarrs were the first kinds of elemental Nyanarrs. They are the oldest and the most powerful ones, with their magic being the purest and most concentrated. They are still, among the common population, considered an aristocracy. Light Nyanarrs usually do not like to breed with other elements (not even Dark), because it weakens their original power. In other words, by not pairing with other elements, they managed to still maintain the power that was once given to them, and therefore they are still the most powerful and pure-blooded of all Nyanarrs. Light Nyanarrs are known for their bigheaded almost egotistic approach to others. They are rather unapproachable and emotionally cold towards others. Light Nyanarrs are usually of sanguine or phlegmatic temperament. They are precise, intelligent, elegant, and strong-minded. It is not uncommon for Light Nyanarrs to be perceived as arrogant and snotty, but they were actually just raised to always be above-everything, to never put their emotions and feelings before logic and tradition. However, same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is said that Light Nyanarrs are the hardest to make fall in love with you, but once you achieve it you gain a lover for the rest of your life.

Light Nyanarrs are both weak but also strong against Dark Nyanarrs. It all depends on the talent of the Nyanarr and their ability to control the element. They are stronger than any common or uncommon element. However, all of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers, and training.

Light Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. Baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally summon random light spells or create weak illusions. During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Light Nyanarrs are shield magic, the ability to calm and mentally manipulate other humanoids, create and control light, form light into projectiles, ability to cast optical illusions, and using their element powers in combat. Light Nyanarrs are also the only Nyanarrs who are able to use healing magic.

Light Nyanarrs have special element-unique traits: glowing body parts (usually eyes, blood), crystal horns/antlers and lower fluff balls, glass horns/antlers and lower fluff balls, and filled glass horns/antlers and lower fluff balls.

===Dark Nyanarrs===

1ygqRb_rI1EMMYYBjCxiHOytlUZo26TSj.pngDark Nyanarrs and Light Nyanarrs were the first kinds of elemental Nyanarrs. They are the oldest and the most powerful ones, with their magic being  the purest and most concentrated. They are still, among the common  population, considered an aristocracy. Dark Nyanarrs usually do not like to breed with other elements (not even Light), because it weakens their original power. In other words, by not pairing with other elements, they managed to still maintain the power that was once given to them, and therefore they are still the most powerful and pure-blooded of all Nyanarrs. Dark Nyanarrs are known for being distant, emotionless, and unapproachable. They usually of melancholic or phlegmatic temperament and introverted. Dark Nyanarrs are rather cold, unfriendly, and quiet. It is not uncommon for Dark Nyanarrs to be perceived as mean or evil, but in fact, they are mostly just very quiet and hard to approach - they are protective of their elemental heritage and they are cautious when making bonds with others. However, same as with any other species, all Nyanarrs have different personalities, and their personalities don't always match their elements. It is said that Dark Nyanarrs are the hardest to make friends with but once you achieve it they will be there for you for the rest of your life.

Dark Nyanarrs are both weak but also strong against Light Nyanarrs. It all depends on the talent of the Nyanarr and their ability to control the element. They are stronger than any common or uncommon element. However, all of this can of course be influenced depending on the talent, strength of magical powers.

Dark Nyanarrs are born with different amounts of talent and magical power. Baby Nyanarrs are usually struggling to control their powers and might accidentally summon void or decompose/turn things around them into void. During their life, they learn how to control their element and what they can do with their elemental magic. Some of the most common powers of Dark Nyanarrs are the ability to use destructive force, summoning void, mind-controlling, casting illusions, mentally manipulating other humanoids, causing unpleasant feelings, control shadows, and using their element powers in combat. Some are also capable of summoning little mindless void minions that they can control. An interesting and unique thing about Dark Nyanarrs is that some of them are good at necromancy. However, necromancy is forbidden in Gaidinia.

Dark Nyanarrs have special element-unique traits: glass horns/antlers and lower fluff balls, a void filled glass horns/antlers lower balls, void covering their body parts, and void instead of tails and horns/antlers.

===Nyanarr Biology===

Biologically, Nyanarrs are almost identical to common humans from the planet Earth, but their ears and tails are animal-like (not limited to mammals). In rare cases, they have more than two eyes or special element-unique traits. Their senses are nearly the same as humans, except their hearing can be considered to be a little better. They have five fingers on each hand and five toes on each foot. Their teeth can be of any shape (regular, long fangs, shark like, etc.) and their eyes of any color. They cannot be naturally born with black sclera, they can, however, get it tattooed. Nyanarrs, just as anyone, like to get tattoos, piercings, style their clothing, and express themselves through their image.

Nyanarrs can have any natural skin tone (rarely unnatural colors occur) and any hair color. Their fluff balls do not need to match their hair, and they do not need to match each other. There is also no color restrictions in terms of elements and hair colors/skintones (ex. Fire Nyanarr can have blue hair just fine, etc.).

Nyanarr genes work the same as human genes, the rarer a certain trait or gene is the lower the chance of passing it down to their offspring. In the case of elements, those are genetically passed from parents to children. Therefore, two fire Nyanarr parents will almost always have fire Nyanarr child (unless there is, for example, a gene deviation where one of the grandparents is, let's say water, therefore, there is a very tiny chance the child might be water). Genetically common elements are the strongest (ex. fire Nyanarr and light Nyanarr will almost always have fire Nyanarr child) and the rarest elements are genetically weakest. However, in terms of power and magic, it is the exact opposite - talent is very commonly passed from parents to their children.

1TdRh3PXnEDgliiZN4MmqAaxjD37p1H2G.png===Nyanarr History and Culture===

The Nyanarr history is very old, ancient even. Before Nyanarrs took on more of a humanoid form, they used to be a feral/anthropomorphic species that wandered the land and lived quite commonly a feral life in the beautiful wilds of Gaidinia. The Nyanarr feral predecessor did not know about elemental magic, neither did they possess it. However, by exploring the land and becoming more and more intelligent and curious about the world around them, they discovered the magic of Light and Dark. The ones who discovered the source of this magic were blessed with its power and ability to control it. Therefore, Light and Dark Nyanarrs are the oldest of all elements and also the most powerful ones.

Some of the Nyanarrs who were blessed with the magic decided to wander the land away from the rest of their clan, and then they bred with Nyanarrs that didn't know and possess any magic, mixing the magical genes with common ones and that is how common element Nyanarrs evolved. In other words, the Light and Dark Nyanarrs who decided to breed with non-magical Nyanarrs eventually evolved into weaker elemental Nyanarrs (air, water, fire, and earth).

However, there were also magical Nyanarrs who decided not to breed with others and that's how Light and Dark element survived as well - there was a lot less of these Nyanarrs who refused to breed with non-element (or later common element) Nyanarrs so Light and Dark Nyanarrs are the rarest of all the elements, even though they were the first elemental Nyanarrs ever existing.

Much later in history, a special hybrid type of Nyanarrs appeared - they are called Kyanarrs and they are a crossbreed between Nyanarrs and Kyomes. Learn more about Kyanarrs here. Even later, common element Nyanarrs started to expand to other areas of Gaidinia, and by approaching new environments and new life conditions, they evolved once more - and that is how uncommon element Nyanarrs came to live (wood, metal, ice, and electricity). It is said that due to evolution, there's a possibility of more elements in the future.

An interesting thing to mention is the so-called legendary special element Nyanarrs - it is said that once in a very long time period, a special Nyanarr blessed with unusual magical talent is born.  This blessing is given to them by Gaidinian deities and it is a gift that is always given only once. In other words, there can never be two Nyanarrs with the same blessing. (side note: Special element Nyanarrs are currently unavailable for purchase or MYO creation.)

There are no more non-magical Nyanarrs in Gaidinia. Every Nyanarr born in Gaidinia ever since centuries ago possesses elemental magic (always of only one element). Elemental magic became a part of Nyanarr's life on such a deep level that no Nyanarr can even imagine not having it.

In regards to culture, Nyanarrs have a lot of festivals and celebration (ex. Wolf's Omen Feast), and their culture is very rich and various - some traditions differ depending on the element and/or area the Nyanarrs live in, but there are holidays which are a common among all the elements. Nyanarrs also praise and obey a lot of divinity - Gaidinian deities are a strong part of Nyanarr culture and beliefs and they believe in every single one as deities very commonly communicate with all Gaidinian species - they are present and Nyanarrs know they are real - whether or not they decide to praise and pray to them is, however, every Nyanarr's choice. Some Nyanarrs pray to all the deities, some of them to only a few, and some to only one. It is an individual choice that every Nyanarr is allowed to make themselves.

There are also special deities of every Nyanarr elemental magic (ex. Light Nyanarrs have Light Deity Svetlana) that live in the immortal part of Gaidinia (Sidrag) with the other Gaidinian deities. It is an unwritten rule that the deity of each element is the Nyanarr who first possessed the magic of said element and that their power is the greatest among all the Nyanarrs of the element. It is rather unusual that Nyanarrs of different elements would praise and obey a Nyanarr Deity whose element does not match their own. For example, Water Nyanarrs would usually not pray to the Light Nyanarr Deity Svetlana. These Nyanarr Deities guard, guide, and protect their element and they take care of Nyanarrs born with said elemental magic - and although they are of different personalities, they usually answer prayers and are in contact with their worshippers.

===Interesting Facts===
- Nearly all Nyanarrs have common red blood - just like other humanoids. The only exception are Light Nyanarrs (who can have glowing white blood), and Dark Nyanarrs (who can have void black blood) - and seldomly Nyanarrs who have unique blood as a trait.
- Nyanarr fluff balls do not need to match in color or pattern.
- Nyanarr fluff balls are sensitive and every Nyanarr reacts differently to being touched (some like it, some don't, some don't care).
- Different element Nyanarrs can be blood-related, however, keep in mind that most elements do not want to breed with others and rare element Nyanarrs are very very unlikely to breed with others.
- Nyanarr fluff balls are always rounded unless it's unique trait that lets them have fluff balls of different shapes.
- Nyanarrs fluff balls are like vital organs to them. There is a core that contains the source of their magic, then a thin layer of muscle, and then skin and fur. If cut off (which is very unlikely to happen), they will instantly die.
- Earth and Wood Nyanarr's flower and wood growth is not season-dependent but magic-dependent, which means that Nyanarr's plants can be green even during winter (or brown/dying if the Nyanarr is feeling sick/their magic is weakened).
- There are no uncommon element Kyanarrs (wood, metal, ice, electric) as uncommon element Nyanarrs evolved after Kyanarrs. Their evolution happed side by side.
- Kyanarrs are hybrids between Nyanarrs and Kyomes (they are the most common hybrids, but they are still very rare) - they are the only species in Gaidinia that can control more than one element (not always).
- It is possible for Nyanarrs to turn into vampires or werewolves if bitten by an Alpha Vampire or Werewolves if infected with the lycanthropy virus. Any non-physically changing supernatural creature is okay (ex. witch), however, if the desired creature is different in physical appearance (ex. centaur, mermaid, zombie, were-form) that is not possible without a very special hybridism trait.
- It is best for little Nyanarrs to have an adult Nyanarr of the same element to help them learn and train their own elemental ability (it is not a must, but it is something young Nyanarrs seek).
