Layout Challenge

Pressed & Screen

welcome !! i want to thank y'all for checking out this project - i've had a blast building the world and making the prompts, so i hope they'll pique your interest! you may have to bear with me while i figure out how to run this properly, but I hope that this be a fun little thing that helps us all make more and better codes !!

for now, have fun with the first ever monthly prompt // togo :*D

July's prompt is a layout, or more precisely two layouts! Below are two simple layout mockups; you can choose either to base your code off of. They're intended to be as "blank slate" as possible - what content they should have and where it should go is entirely up to you!

...aaand, if you're feeling extra productive you're absolutely free to make both layouts! (Both will be featured in the world, but will only count for one challenge point.)

Guidelines

The Challenge:

  • Create a code based off of either the Pressed or the Screen layout.
  • You don't have to use the exact same sizes, but keep the proportions roughly the same.

You may...

  • Make small layout adjustments, like splitting one box into two or changing the amount of boxes in a group.
  • Alter the style to your liking. Changing border radiuses, margins and colours is encouraged.
  • Make any adjustments to fit the layout to your current skill level - please detail these adjustments in the notes section of the submission form.

You may not...

  • Frankenstein, copy or take heavy inspiration from other coders. All code should be your own.

Your posted code should either credit Togo for the layout or somehow link back to this challenge. The credit doesn't need to be in the actual code - it can simply be mentioned in a text block above the preview.

If anything is unclear regarding the guidelines you can send a comment here!

Submissions will close on July 25th, 8PM CEST.
