Conhecida como a cidade das Águas e a cidade Noturna, Seana é uma cidade ilhada, perto de Kea.
Uma misteriosa cidade, que começou como um grande forte, e ao longo dos anos, foi se alterando. Diferente de todas as cidades, Seana não é dividida em subúrbios, a cidade inteira
se resume a um enorme edifício, que cerca toda a ilha por completo, sendo maior que o próprio Templo dos Deuses, onde é dividido em mais de 300 andares, sendo a cobertura um enorme pátio arborizado, onde ocorre eventos ao ar livre e o treinamento dos soldados.
Cada andar de Seana é considerado um "bairro", sendo alguns andares de moradia, e outros, andares comerciais.
Mas mesmo tendo um descrição hostil, como um enorme "forte", esta cidade também é conhecida por suas luzes durante a noite. A enorme fonte de Seana se localiza no meio do edifício, com sua água brilhante e colorida que desce da cobertura até o térreo, atravessando todos os andares.
Os bailes da cidade são considerados os mais bonitos de toda Eliz, tendo três andares inteiros reservados apenas para tais fins.
Seana é também a cidade com as melhores academias em: Astronomia, Administração, e direito, não deixando pra trás a academia de policia dos andares 190 e 191.
A academia é conhecida por formar grandes detetives, policiais e investigadores, que costumam serem mandados para as cidades principais depois que se formam.
Tudo isso por conta dos misteriosos casos de desaparecimento que rondam pela cidade.
É uma boa cidade para estudantes, pela sua praticidade de locomoção e baixo custo de vida nos andares perto do térreo.
Quanto mais alto o andar, mais chique, e consequentemente, mais caro. Apenas a Elite de Seana consegue bancas os custos de se morar no ultimo andar.
