An Alkoline is a mutated person with a high PH balance in their blood. Higher than known. This is the result of surviving exposure to harmful chemicals on a daily bases, and exposure to S'tan's radiation.

They have very strong internal organs and drink chemicals to fuel their energy.

They used to predominantly reside on planet Nav-0X and the less popular moons, but moved to Laileb-X's underwater cities with their allied Pulsars...though, they still continue to head mining operations on the moons.

Their hair is typically light. It may be white, a platinum blond or other pale colors.
Natural bright highlights can also occur. Dark hair is entirely rare!
Eyes are typically unnatural colors. They can be multiple colors, shaped pupils, and have heterochromia.
Skin color is usually the standard natural tones, and vitiligo is entirely common.
Ears and tail can be of pretty much any animal. Reptile, fish, and insectoid aren't so common.
Blood, tongue and fingernail are commonly an unnatural color naturally.
Corrosive slime can be stored in neck and legs, and feral wolf type legs are possible.
