- General -
- Novatts and Ev.0s are closed species, please do not make your own without a MYO slot/permission
- While ALKOLINES are an open species and are free to make, please respect the group rules and TOS when making them
- Do not create and sell or trade unofficial NV species, or at the very least do not refer to your species as Novatts, Ev.0s, or ALKOLINES
- Please be tolerant and welcoming to to others within the group.
Any kind of harrassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, xenophobia, anti-LGBTQ+, or otherwise hateful or triggering content will not be tolerated.
- NSFW and blood/gore/drug use/otherwise adult or dark content is allowed as long as the users and characters involed are 18+ and the content is filtered and tagged appropriately
- Some inspiration from copyrighted characters is fine, but please no direct copies or rip-offs
(If we can tell immediately which character you referenced, that's an issue and changes will be asked for)
- Copyrighted logos and characters can be used on clothing and accessories, but not on designs themselves
- Having similar palettes and themes is fine, but directly copying a preexisting design is not allowed
- Failure to abide by these any of these rules can result in banning or blacklisting, depending on the severity of the offending actions
- Ownership rights -
- All NV species can be used for personal use, but not commercial use
- All users can purchase artwork, literature, merch, etc, and write stories for or make cosplay of their NV characters, and even sell charms, prints and other items of their own characters as they wish
- If a NV is a hybrid or crossbreed with another species, be sure to follow the other species' rules and TOS as well
- If a NV character is an alternate form, or has alternate forms, please do not "splinter" or separate these designs when selling, trading, or gifting
- Characters with NSFW art cannot be traded to minors, no exceptions
- Purchasing & Selling -
- NV species have a cooldown of 3 days from the moment of obtaining, and thus cannot be resold, traded, or gifted until those 3 days are up
- NV Species are allowed to sold, traded, and gifted, please just be sure to update the masterlist with each exchange
- All sales are final and no refunds shall be given on MYO slots or NV adoptables without good reason
- If selling a design, they can only be sold for their base value + commissioned artwork
- Vouchers can be taken if a design was recieved in a trade, vs a direct resale. Check the masterlist if unsure about a design's value!
- NV species can be exchanged for physical items if so desired
- Users caught scamming will be banned and blacklisted from the species
- NV species cannot be sold, traded, or gifted to blacklisted users
- Redesigning -
- Any NV species you own can be redesigned at any time, be it by yourself or someone else
- Redesigns must be roughly 70% similar to the original deisgn, though all will be judged on a case-by-case basis
- Gender changes, Body type changes, Hair color & style, and Clothing & accessories are considered free or minimal changes and do not require approval
(Anything else editing colors and/or traits will need approval, however!)
- Traits can be downgraded at any time, but swapping or upgrading them will require their respective items from the Parsec Mall
- Be sure to get your redesign officially approved at the redesign center, either by one of the owners or mods, before making public use of the new design
- Voiding -
- NV species are allowed to be voided at any time, given that permission is given by the original designer/artist to do so
- Once voided, please make sure to edit the design so they no longer resemble the species they were
(They can be turned into other CS or non-CS, just not into knock-off species)
- NV species can be unvoided at any time as well, given that their original design remains and you have proof of them being official in some form.
Just be sure to get permission from the original designer/artist and from a mod or owner!

- Voiding or unvoiding can be done by contacting any of the owners or mods
