Silas Airie

Personality:

Silas has a generally haughty approach to interacting with others, acting overtly smug despite not always having the brain cells to back up his clams. Despite being potentially unbearable to most however, in truth he actually holds a lot of respect towards those who can afford to be humble, and finds them a 'nice change in pace' to the prideful, self-absorbed officials that make up the various factions in Bleustra.

Of everyone, he's dedicated the most to the performers, seeing them all as a very important and dear family. As he continues his travels with the Meihua, he's begun to view them in a similar light, though some certainly more than others. 

Background:

Silas grew up to a group of performers known as Carmine's Cadenza, who took him under his wing at a young age. After learning from them (taking up playing their instrument, and gaining a fair bit of acrobatic prowess), Silas eventually took the reins to branch out and explore a bit more of the world on his own, promising to meetup every once in a while to perform during festivals and other culturally important events. 

What Silas didn't know, however, was one of their adoptive parents, Ludmilla, was actually very much alive and well. After travelling the Sinsor, thought to otherwise be barren and lifeless, Silas learns that this particular parent lives there and, due to the secretive nature of the Reptilian Laguz, that his sister, Maria, is actually a Snake Branded. Since both him and Maria have never seen Ludmilla until now, both of them struggle (Silas more than Maria) as to how to talk to Ludmilla -- but with time, Silas hopes to get to know them.

Other info:

• Silas' favorite hobby is finding someone to be an absolute nuisance to and proceed to, as expected, do so. Typically it's a way for him to one-up others and get a word in that it may not otherwise get the chance to -- once someone's able to ignore him or move on from it, he becomes disinterested.
• That said, those Silas sees as family (or close friends) he'll joke around with with more amiable goals in mind.
• Despite his 'good looks' and 'charming presence', he's never dated anyone in his life, claiming that 'Elias has taken all the cuties before I could.' 
• He knows Arabella vaguely though shared occupation and, in some instances, like-minded destinations, but otherwise doesn't know much about her.
• Of the Patrons in Bleustra's religion, he has a soft spot for Fleto, who's aspects represent much of himself and his family (travel, art, and love). While he doesn't worship the deity to the extent of it being an active part of his life, Silas does enjoy the spring festival that's tied to the deity in question, as well as the myths surrounding the patrons as a whole. 
• He not only knows how to cook, but is fairly aware of the customs that some of the regions of Bleustra might have.
• The group that Silas is in, Carmine's Cadenza, is named after the first member of the group from many, many years ago (and thus, has well passed on since then). Everyone who's in the group all has a red, striped garment of some sort to identify them with. (with silas' being around his waist).
• The group Silas is in is seen as a family to him, and often travel to various places, only coming together during important events. The people in question are as follows, with the colors indicating who they often travel with when not all together:
