As the leader of MESSIRE, Min is careful not to make impulsive decisions and he always looks after the members. Sometimes Min would be seen as a serious person, and other times he'd be goofing with the members. When the other members would flirt with Min, Min's face would get red as a tomato, which the members would tease him a lot for.
While Min gets teased a lot by the members, he's always the first person they would rely on. The younger members would especially rely on him as they see him as a motherly figure. Min always shows appreciation for MESSIRE, so the members would return the affection to him in their own ways.

- Min is a bit careless when it comes to his regular persona. There would be times where he walks into one of his members' room and stand in front of the doorway with a blank face. The fans do find that part of him entertaining though, so Min never gets backlash for it.
- Min gets teased a lot by MESSIRE, but since the teasing was another form of affection from the members, Min doesn't mind.
- Min rarely swears and the only time he swears is when he's drunk. He would sing out songs with curse words in them while drunk. He also acts seductive while drunk and his members had to point out to him how he'd been acting since they would get flustered.
- Min cooks for the members and he cooks meals like he works in a 5-star restaurant. Because of this, the members don't go out to eat that much. Though sometimes Min would be tired of his own cooking.
Ahh, it was really difficult... Even though I was confident in my skills as a vocalist, I was struggling a lot in dancing. I'm not very flexible and I'm the slowest when it comes to learning. I also felt awkward since during my trainee years, I was the only adult and seeing teens improve faster than me made me feel quite embarrassed, but I got through~
Dae was the closest to my age at the time and I was sharing a room with him. At first we didn't talk much, but then I saw him watch a mystery drama and I recognized it. It was one of my favorite dramas and I fanboyed when I saw what was on his screen. Understandably, he was startled, but we ended up talking so much about the drama. We also promised each other not to watch it on our own now since the drama is still ongoing and we don't want to spoil each other.
My emoji is the first quarter moon. I picked this emoji because I separate my idol persona from my regular self. Because of how different Min and Minsoo are, they're like Night and Day, that's why I chose this emoji.
I watch dramas and read manhwa. Most of the dramas I watch are mystery dramas, as for manhwa, I read anything. Well, anything that has a handsome guy in the cover... For some reason, a series catches my interest when there's a handsome man in the cover.
There was this one time where I was in an elevator with Hyunwoo and the electricity suddenly went out. We were the only ones in the elevator and we were a bit freaked out by the situation. Hyunwoo and I were facing opposite, so I tried to reach out to him but accidentally hit his chin. I apologized, but when we got closer, I accidentally hit his chin again with my arm. I feel bad...
Growing up, Minsoo's family had always supported him in anything he wanted to pursue and motivating him to go after his goals. Minsoo was thinking of becoming a dentist, however, he watched his mystery dramas as usual and an OST stood out to him. Not only was the scene currently playing emotional, but even the music moved Minsoo's heart. At first, he was just happy singing to the OST, and even his family members would praise him for his vocal skills. The singer singing the OST happened to be a KPOP idol, so Minsoo researched on the singer and discovered his group. This sparked a passion in Minsoo as he began wanting to improve his voice more, and before he knew it, Minsoo decided he wanted to become an idol. His family members were supportive as usual, but they were worried knowing how hard it is to train to become an idol. Min understood that and still wanted to sing.
Minsoo started auditioning for many companies, and after a month passed, he was finally accepted by a company. The company wasn't very big, but Minsoo didn't mind. When Minsoo was being professionally trained, his vocal coaches would often praise his skills. He ended up helping other trainees as well when they couldn't understand what they had to improve. During this time, he was the only adult amongst the trainees. The rest of the trainees were minors, so Minsoo felt out of place. While he got along with the trainees, he couldn't connect deeply with them as friends. Before he knew it, Minsoo started to feel lonely. Minsoo always held himself back whenever he felt like crying. In his mind, he felt like he shouldn't be crying since he's doing so well while others are struggling a lot to improve. This became a bad habit of his to hold in his emotions and not tell anyone. He couldn't tell his family members either since he didn't want them to worry.
Minsoo was living in a dorm since his home was far away from the company and had to share a room with Daehyun, who was also training with him. Daehyun wasn't an adult this time, but he was the closest to Minsoo's age. Minsoo and Daehyun never fight nor have a full converdation, they were simply fine with each other's company. One day, Minsoo walked into their shared room and found Daehyun watching a mystery drama that Minsoo loved. This moment was the start of their friendship as the two of them started chatting passionately about the drama. Minsoo's trainee days became less lonelier as he finally made a friend in the company. He later started meeting his future groupmates and before he knew it, he has another family that understands him well.

Min and Dae became close because of a mystery drama Dae watched in their trainee days. Because of this shared interest, Min and Dae would talk a lot about upcoming dramas, and Min is incredibly supportive of Dae as an actor. He even fanboyed over Dae's CEO role, which embarrassed Dae, but he appreciated the support. The two of them are known to be inseparable, as fans pointed out that they were always in each other's Vlives.
When Hyunwoo joined the company, Min first thought of him as a rebellious teen. But when Min helped teach him how to improve his vocal skills, Hyunwoo was obedient compared to how he acted with the vocal coaches. When Min asked him why he acts the way he does with the vocal coaches, Hyunwoo said that it's because Min is kind to him and doesn't belittle him. Min took great care of Hyunwoo and would be dubbed as Hyunwoo's mom.
Min and Andy became friends during their trainee years when Min scolded the other trainees for their discriminatory actions towards Andy. Min and Andy became friends after that incident, and would help each other out in singing or dancing. They also developed a tom and jerry relationship due to only being 1 year apart in age.
Min first saw Hani with his long black mohawk sticking out in the practice room. He never talked to Hani at that time, but that hairstyle stuck to his mind. One day when Hani came into the practice room, his hair was down and Min called him handsome. Apparently, Hani liked the compliment and befriended Min. The two of them nowadays hang out a lot and Hani's always fishing compliments from Min.
Min didn't know how to befriend Yuu, but thanks to Hani introducing them to each other and helping them get to know each other, the two of them became comfortable and would even sing together. Yuu doesn't tease Min that much, but there are times where Yuu would imitate Min because he thinks he looks cool, but it always ends up being funny. He also helps get insects away from Min.
