Ray

Ray is a lowbrow guy with a bit of an attitude to match his seemingly unenriching life. His pay sucks, his job is hard, and he understands he 'doesn't belong' in with most other people.
He isn't necessarily bitey, but rather a sort of far away man, appearing reachable but ending up being enigmatic without pushing it onto others. he feels he understands his place in life. an aimless thing that he doesn't wish to control... his lack of commitment has been the constant source of offputtingness to those he used to be close with.

he enjoys his work, but that's about it. he feels most cars are more readable than other human beings.
is very rough and (i suppose) rugged, given the nature of his work. he has an unspoken soft spot for people in his business (or his hobbies), but most other types of people seem too hoity-toity for him. 

loves to spend his free time cruising-- as well as racing-- in his custom vintage dodge phoenix, day drinking (lmao he thinks he doesn't have a problem concerning this), and from time to time, partaking in weed and heroin, though he tries not to make a habit of it... it's more of an issue than he thinks, but not nearly as bad as how much he drinks, to compare.

would rather die alone than ask for help lol, not self-conscious WHATSOEVER, but annoyed at the thought of not being rounded out enough to do everything himself (and lord does he try)

also a bit of trivia... he's been in jail twice, minor offenses. (ray voice) don't worry about it lol

he was adopted as a baby. his mother was taiwanese and his father white/mexican american. he has a vague inkling he's not really white but also he doesn't give a shit, and he's never looked into his bio family history because his adopted family sucks as well lol

physical attributes:
his age is catching up with him and he can't keep muscle defined enough anymore. he's very wide and tough looking but is no longer chiseled in the torso area. he relies on his arms looking big lol.
he has very filthy hands, no matter how hard he tries to clean up, they are scabbed, scarred, dirty, and so on.
he has a few tattoos, one on his hip, one on his pubic area (that is obscured naturally), one on the back of his right calf, and a few on both of his hands and knuckles
quite hairy on his arms+legs, hands+feet, ever so slightly on his torso (scattered a bit) by comparison
very big forehead/receding hairline lol, as well as pointed-out ears
his style would be 'understated'; he doesn't care about fashion, his clothes' purpose is to keep him warm, or keep him from scaring the straights lmao. work boots and jackets (leather or otherwise) are his big mainstays
