Appearance

- She's quite tall for a woman of her time; her legs appear long and shapely, and she enjoys accentuating them.
- Her long, brown hair is on the precipice of threatening to gray overall, but for now she only has a few shiny hairs, and dutifully dyes it when she's worried about it.
- She refuses to wear 'trash' and will never be seen in tennis shoes, sweatpants, or other drab attire.
Always seen with at least one gold accessory on-- necklaces, bracelets, and rings.
- A bit wrinkled from her stern worries, raising her sons and trying to do things for them herself (while maintaining her own life in the process)...

Personality

- She can be a real perfectionist even when she knows better and should let her guard down and be a normal, flawed human being.
She will call people out on their hypocritical behavior, but ironically refuses to believe she is capable of it.
- Her temper can get pretty scary when she's passionate about something!
- Fran is what some would call extremely bossy, or more kindly, 'independent'... She doesn't like relying on others because she thinks she can do everything herself to the best of her capabilities. And to be fair, she is indeed talented and skilled in many aspects of life, but she is often found stubbornly refusing other's much needed kindness, either through favors or affection!
- Enjoys receiving compliments as much as she likes giving them to the (many, varied) apples of her eye. But she will take being complimented over giving them, if she had to choose...
- Doesn't like admitting what she does for work, and tries to come off like she's a real high roller; very secretive about this in particular

When she was young, her family truly thought she would end up with the boy next door, but he ran away. While they all quietly blamed Francie's brash, un-lady-like attitude being the reason he scared off, Fran herself knew better, thinking him weak for being unable to handle the truth of what his family's business was. Incidentally, her family was always on the straight and narrow (and simply prosperous), which affected her near-immature attitude for many years to come, being spoiled and punished in equal measure for every little thing she got up to.

She was married for 10 years to her ex-husband-- her first and last, an unremarkable man that her parents neither approved nor disapproved, just tolerated-- and despite loving her kids, she was quite happy to ditch him and move on to better things, a single life more her speed.

Ever since she was young, her parents encouraged her to work hard and 'play' hard, and as she grew up she imparted the same lessons to her two kids-- though it didn't work out like she hoped, being a little bit flighty in comparison to her (loving) helicopter parental units... Spoiling them with purchases was much easier than talking things out with them.

Much like her habitual, unstoppable shopping itch, her love of status bleeds into everything she gets up to, and despite saying otherwise (since she can be physically intimidating), she has a bit of a snobby demeanor. Fashion, money, and luxurious comfort matter greatly to her!
