Neeya

experienced in bloodshed by way of kingdom's militia-- Neeya is a commander within its ranks, and takes his duty extremely seriously. his father is esteemed and still provides counsel to the 'army' though he is in his eldest age. Neeya learned everything he knows by having been within ranks since he was a youth under his father's order. however, it tends to take a toll on him, mentally worst of all. 

his personality is quite harsh, he is far too comfortable swinging his weight around, and often doubts the intention of others, assuming their lies run deep (in spite of his own personal philosophy to be honest to the point of blunt faultiness, he assumes the worst in everyone). he often goes the the lawless town's yasiara to melt away his stresses of how this life has taken a toll on his inner youth gone by, where he can be feared and respected, but still indulge in all that is considered 'wrong'.

notes/trivia:
- you can make him look older! bloodlust tends to make his skin glow with youthful vigor, however 🥰
- facial hair is optional. he often keeps his face cleaned up if he's on warpaths for his militia.
- he has a wife and children back home, but he rarely sees them at all
