Osoru

the yasiara's resident grandpa to all. he is very reserved, seemingly shy of contact/rapport with strangers. 

he has spent most of his life serving the yasiara. he does general upkeep of the inn, and is most notable for doing an exquisite job polishing the inn and its yard. most of its decorations in and outside come from Oso's own pocket change (the other half perhaps coming from Bow correcting his mistakes)... there are other times he is tasked to help with labor-intensive oddjobs, or even serving food and drink-- he does everything without complaint.

he often wishes to help those that seek him out for his wisened experiences, but he rarely gives any advice anymore-- this rumor had grown outrageously out of proportion, making him feel unsure if he can truly help others (especially the ones who need it most, and for who he reserves his words for, these days)... it doesn't help that he had always lived a double-life, lying to his ex-wife and the mother of his (all now adult) children that his work that supported his family was honorable enough. the yasiara is anything but honorable in society, so when she found out about Oso's truth, she left him without remorse.
it has been many years since he has spoken to his wife, but at least he has his children, most who still speak to him.

when he is being himself, beyond the servile demeanor he gives his work, he is still very thoughtful, and seemingly selfless. he may not speak on it, or even speak of himself whatsoever if he can help it... he likes to focus on others, something to keep from thinking about his life and the choices he has made. truly, at this point, the yasiara is his life.

he might undergo a total redesign, i'm pretty annoyed at how stupid he looks atm u_u
