Andy

Andy's job as a dutiful, diligent, prescient and ever-cheerful sales team office worker is his life and he wouldn't trade it for anything.
He has been promoted many times but often taps out at achieving more, and is always honest in saying he enjoys being a manager and refuses to give up his position... And of course he's too skilled at his work for anyone to refuse his demands, and absolutely uses this to his advantage (albeit sweetly, never overt in his mannerisms or words).

Outside of work, Andy doesn't change much; he seems to enjoy attempting to wrangle time, constantly out and about with a full schedule even if it's nothing but watching a ball game at a stadium, fishing from sunrise to sunset, or going on a long arduous hike. To him, even difficult time-consuming tasks are rewards!

A lot of his time is spent with his boyfriend (who was his high school bully-- something of an unspoken, unknown secret these days) as they both work in the same office.

Andy is a suspiciously non-suspicious fellow about the office. He's a very good person. Too good, maybe (as many who cross his path expecting a cut-throat worker vying for the top dog spot would imagine).
He has an odd propensity of letting bullies and their insults roll right off of his back... And even has had them regret their actions later on and ask for forgiveness... It seems things always come out even-steven for little office Andy.

He certainly doesn't think much about himself, being quite humble. Too much to do and not enough time to do it is more of his thought process! So if it comes off like he's a yes-man, just remember, he's got more planned out for today than you, AND some...

He isn't foolish and knows you catch more flies with honey than vinegar, too. He is never afraid to stand his ground and make himself clear, but he manages to do this with a cheery tone and smile that often leaves his meanings behind the 'demands' or judgments misconstrued... He also seems to use this to his advantage, which is fairly necessary in his workplace, handling a lot of tasks and people at any given time, often all at once.

He loves the fast-paced life and he loves helping people out with whatever he can handle!

• Andy is 1/2 Chinese but cannot speak Cantonese or Mandarin (or any other language than English, honestly, despite trying to learn multiple times)...
  His white dad married his mom when stationed over in China, and broke things off pretty quickly when they both moved back to America. Though Andy loves his mom with all his heart, he doesn't understand half of what the hell she's trying to say to him! He just does his best to respect her since she busted ass raising him and his older sister.
• Still casually admits he wants a family someday, but has more or less lowered his expectations as each year goes by...
• It is no joke, he needs his glasses for just about anything. He isn't seeing much other than smudgy blobs without them on. He doesn't mind contacts-- especially when participating in sports, but for convenience's sake he primarily uses his glasses.
• When he was young he had grown ahead of the rest of his peers, and then just... Stopped growing... It's a funny little thing he brings up to break the ice.
• His pride and joy is managing the office's softball team, but is often a pitch hitter since teammates come and go.
• An obnoxious clean-eating vegan with only the smallest leeway for cheese (vegan or otherwise, shh)...
