History
Uriah is a seraph under the goddess of light and was once one of her generals during the God War that should probably get an actual name at some point. During that war, one of the gods had created some beast thing that was capable of killing angels permanently and, though it was eventually shattered, most of of Uriah's were killed and one of the surviving ones was wounded to the extent that they were forced to reincarnate. Angels degrade ever reincarnation until they eventually become different people altogether, and even they they were able to be reborn, they were no longer the same angel and they and Uriah drifted apart due to how different they had become.
Anyway, the body of the beast had never been found and there was a constant needling in the back of Uriah's mind that it wasn't truly gone even as things returned to "normal" for most of the angels. Unfortunately for Uriah, they were never able to do the same since every time they saw their friend, they were reminded of everything that was lost and eventually they couldn't stand it anymore and had to leave. To give both their mind and Burning Desire for Revenge a rest, they descended to the mortal world of Ceres to try and figure out what happened to the beast's remains and make sure it was impossible for it to return.

Trivia
- She does have the typical six seraph wings but they're hidden in her nerfed Ceres form
which is, in fact, my excuse not to draw them. Since assuming Real Angelic Form is frowned upon on Ceres since that can melt mortals' faces off an all, she contents herself by only releasing a couple extra wings if she really needs the power boost during a fight - They're a big fan of parasols despite them being counterproductive to their element and they use them anyway because they're cute :)
- They look down on most mortal inventions and won't use them. As a result, they are completely lost on modern technology
- Her previous incarnation was muuuuuch taller and she's still a little bitter about her current height. If she can get away with hovering, she absolutely will, thanks
- Uriah's generally pretty comfortable with wearing her fancy ornate dresses around Ceres, but if she feels like she needs to blend in, she switches to sundresses almost exclusively, regardless of the weather
- Loves everything butterfly-themed
- They're a bit of a germophobe and their current residence is always Spotless to the point of looking sterile
- They're unaccustomed to having to do things like Wait In Line due to being a super high ranking angel and it is The Worst. Torturous. Don't you know who they are?????????
