Lore (may be updated as story progresses): As a healer, Cinder slowly began to notice the slow and steady change in Frost Nation as Cranesight drew more and more delusional after the death of Diggerstar. During the gathering - the night that Dappleclaw died - Cinder acquired God Vision and was able to see Boar. Cinder is the first cat to get Boar's God Vision. Cinder tearfully confides in her brother, Cobrastone, who then uses this information to elevate him to the status of Religious Advisor to Cranesight. With this newfound status, Cobrastone would force Cinder to ask Boar questions to help Frost Nation win the war and claim credit for it. After Cobrastone dies under mysterious circumstances, Cinder is given peace only for a short while.

Cinder mostly lives her life in peace until Feather arrives in Frost Nation. When Cinder learns of Feather's God Vision, Cinder helps guide him and teach him how to survive and conceal such information.
