Lore (may be updated as story progresses): Pebbleflash is chosen as deputy after Dappleclaws death. During the first invasion of Sun's territory, Pebbleflash is almost killed by a Pine Nation warrior but is saved by Berryclaw. Amazed at Berryclaw's ability to kill with death berries, Pebbleflash keeps his secret. Once Pebbleflash begins to notice senseless killings being caused by death berries, he confronts Berryclaw and informs him to stop or else he would expose him. A few days later, Pebbleflash is found death.
