Adrienne, from a young age, was always looking towards the power to be gained from black magic. Despite the practice being looked down upon by most magic users for it's generally harmful effects on other, Adrienne became more and more proficient in the form. It separated her from many of the family that she had grown up with, but with her high position among other black magic users secured along with taking youth from others, she wasn't really bothered by it. The witch quickly garnered attention for her willingness and lax attitude with placing curses on others in exchange for a high price. Through her work, she routinely had found others to take youth from, and amassed a decent fortune and reputation.

After about a century of life, Adrienne gave birth to a daughter, who was one of the few people that she truly cared for more than anything. However, as the child grew older, it was clear that she did not agree with Adrienne's practicing of black magic, eventually causing her to run away. It broke Adrienne's heart; this girl that she had done so much for would give up everything that she had set up for her. Still, Adrienne loved her daughter, and tried to keep watch over her even as she left to live on her own. She watched as she built a home in a small village, as she planted a magnificent garden, as she created and brought to life her own familiar.

As her home was burned to the ground by the ungrateful humans of the village, as her familiar fled into the night, leaving her creator to die.

With her daughter murdered and left for dead, Adrienne could no longer hide her contempt for the world, and drowned herself in her work and in trying to find the traitorous familiar to avenge her daughter. 

Adrienne is a very soft spoken woman at first meeting, almost borderlining on shy if the way she carried herself wasn't so confident. She tends to be amicable with most people that she meets, even though she's not shy to hide the fact that she would sell them off for the right price as soon as it was offered. She'll often be constantly scanning others for their reactions and ticks, as a result of being somewhat constantly paranoid that anyone she meets would be just as ready to betray her. Even to those that do stand in her good graces, she's secretive about her plans and what she's thinking.

It's hard to push her to visible anger, as she prefers to take count of grievances against her and dole out appropriate retribution afterwards. There has never been a grudge that she has given up on, no matter how many decades have passed by. If she is pushed past that point, her whole demeanor changes on a dime, and she becomes extremely aggressive and explosive, unraveling the calm disposition that she prefers to portray.

Info:

- Colette was actually modeled to resemble Adrienne. This is something that Adrienne knows, and is another point of resentment for her against the doll.

- Adrienne tends to be slightly softer around children. She'd still sell them out just as quickly as an adult, but she just tends to be more patient with them in general.

- The jewel on her staff, along with allowing her to cast her magic, works similarly to a crystal ball, and can allow her to see what any person she wishes is doing. However, it can't tell her where that person is or allow her to interfere with what is going on.

- When entering a contract with her, her terms are very simple: she'll do whatever it is that you want her to do, whether it be making someone fall in love with you, making you rich, or acting revenge on someone. The only favor she asks in return is that the contractee brings her another person to add to her garden to grow the flowers that keep her young. AKA, basically offer up someone to be killed. She usually doesn't care who it is as long as they're fairly young in order to get the most out of the deal.
