Tara

An unfinished project of her creator's, what he described as his own man-made "dream girl", Tara is an android that gained a mind of her own much sooner than expected. Not too long after her complex AI was finished, she became rebellious very quickly and left her creator behind, not wanting to "belong" to him and to make her own decisions in life. One of the first of these decisions is to find the girl that inspired her creation.

Tara is programmed to have a shy, sweet, and overall demure personality. However, this pre-programmed personality of hers is something she's slowly trying to develop out of as her learning AI is trained on the behavior of other people. Tara's been experimenting with going into a variety of sports, an as a result she's developed a competitive streak. She's particularly fond of tennis and baseball. Along with this, she's looked into a variety of jobs - mainly considering becoming a mechanic or a repair girl. She studies mechanics and robotics, and during her studies Tara's made attempts at completing her production herself and installing new features onto herself, however not all attempts have seen great success. She doesn't want to talk about the time she tried connecting herself to the internet.

Tara mimics others a lot and is prone to repeating herself, sometimes even mid-sentence - these are just a couple of minor quirks she has as a result of her unfinished status as an android. She sparks sometimes and can short out easily after periods of overexertion. Being an android, Tara doesn't age the same as a human does, but her "programmed" age is 20.

Tara's an OC that was inspired by a 90s OVA I watched last year that sounded like it was gonna be REALLY good from the premise, but then when I actually watched it... guys it was ass. It was so ass.
