History
[needs updating] Fleur is a changeling originally from the Spring Court of the faeries. He was swapped due to being born sickly and also it was a sweet, sweet opportunity to nab a mortal who could eventually become a servant so ayyye, no downsides. Or at least it would have been if his parents hadn't been killed so they were never actually able to come back for Fleur. Instead, he has been raised by mortals the entirety of his life and, while he has noticed he is different from others in a way he can't articulate, he is unaware that he's a fae. As a result, he's been using glamour unintentionally all his life and has become spoiled and hedonistic since he can basically make anyone else do what he wants unless they also happen to be an immortal or have some other form of defense against him. Generally this just means he can slough off in school with no repercussions since he can just ask his teachers to raise his grades and he gets free samples at every store, restaurant, or bakery he goes to. Unless someone is rude to him or damages his pride, he is never particularly malicious about what he asks for.
His irresponsible use of glamour has had some pretty bad consequences, however, since his mortal family went broke trying to keep up with his capricious wants, but it's fine because he glamoured a richer family to take him in so he wouldn't be living on the streets too. :] It all works out in the end!! Except for perhaps the gaping void that comes along with having no legitimate friends or loved ones in general while constantly feeling set apart from everyone else on a fundamental level but he's ignoring that in favor of having fun so it's fine.

- He gets an allowance from his new mortal parents but he's never actually paid for anything in his life
- He also hasn't turned in any assignments in years but his grades say he's an A+ student, thanks teach
- Fleur gets bored of things easily and has to keep trying new things or else he starts to get restless
- Since he was raised by mortals, it took him a long time to realize it was iron specifically he was having terrible reactions to and is wary about any unfamiliar machinery or appliances
- Despite getting bored of most hobbies before he really has a chance to get Good at them, he is fond of music and has taken to the flute particularly well
- He spends most of his time outdoors and likes forests or other places overun by nature especially but he is not above laying on the couch all day and starting eight different series that he'll never finish
- He is a fan of video games though and can play open world games for days straight
- He has trouble forming bonds or becoming overly attached to anyone which is not particularly helped by the fact that all his "friends" are just people he unknowingly glamoured into being his friend and he can feel something is off about it
