The Puppeteer is obsessive over Spook, he thinks often of where she could be and believes that she is the perfect puppet who was made just for him. He would trade any of his most prized puppets for Spook.
Spook's only memory of The Puppeteer is an experience she believes was only a bad dream. She has no real opinion on The Puppeteer because she does not believe that he exists.
The Puppeteer lives in fear of Cessa, the one who wants to take his beloved puppet from him. He often checks behind his back, feeling paranoid that at any moment Cessa will strike. He believes that Jester hates Cessa as well and tries to protect Jester from Cessa. He believes that once he takes Jester away, he will do terrible things to him.
Cessa hates The Puppeteer with every fiber of his being. He sees The Puppeteer as his son's tormentor, a heartless and cruel monster who degrades his son while torturing him brutally. He wants vengeance against The Puppeteer, he plans to take revenge after he kills Tresn.
The Puppeteer has gotten over his hatred for Cirem, coming to appreciate how she watches his 'performances'. He is thankful for Jester, who was given to him by Cirem herself. He especially appreciates her preventing Tresn from harming him, though he does find Cirem to be whiny and annoying from time to time, often referring to her as a wretch.
Cirem thinks that The Puppeteer is entertaining and stupid. His buffoonery provides her with a great distraction during times where her past haunts her. She has grown to somewhat like The Puppeteer, preventing Tresn from killing him.
The Puppeteer sees Jester as his most beloved puppet. He believes that Jester loves to dance and often likes to imagine what Jester could be thinking as he dances with joy. The Puppeteer sees Jester as a friend and will not part with him. If anything were to happen to Jester, The Puppeteer would not be able to be calmed down.
Jester hates The Puppeteer more than any other. He hates the torture and wants it to stop. He hates being his puppet, for years on end all he has heard has been The Puppeteer's laughter. Jester wishes that The Puppeteer would kill him, whether it be on purpose or by accident.
The Puppeteer hates Tresn more than anyone else. He will never forgive Tresn for destroying his puppets and fears that he will do the same to Jester. The Puppeteer is waiting for his chance to fight against Tresn, there is no one he disrespects more. On occasion he will taunt Tresn openly, regardless of consequences.
Tresn hates The Puppeteer intensely. He will never forget The Puppeteer's strength, perhaps Tresn would respect The Puppeteer if he didn't find him so unbearibly annoying. To Tresn's outrage, he is very limited in ways that he can harm The Puppeteer due to Cirem preventing him.
The Puppeteer hates Denver. He's never met Denver personally, he just wishes that Tresn would shut up about him.
Denver is aware of The Puppeteer's existence, he has heard of how he tortures Cessa's son and has made his judgment of him accordingly. He doesn't truly know much about The Puppeteer.
The Puppeteer lives in fear of Bringer, he has only ever seen her as 'the dark blur' who strikes at random and takes Jester from him. He doesn't know what Bringer wants with Jester and has no idea what she looks like, his working theory is that she is trying to eat Jester.
Bringer has no opinion on The Puppeteer, she doesn't see him as a threat in the slightest.
The Puppeteer has not seen Tentoria in a long time. He hates Tentoria, though he does not fear her. He knows that he can fight her off should the time come.
Tentoria is aware of The Puppeteer's existence. She feels threatened by his ability to fight her off.
The Puppeteer hates Totemgeist and fears his inability to stop it. He is afraid that the totem will kill Jester when his back is turned. He doesn't know why the totem wants to kill Jester, he hopes that he never has to see the totem again.
Totemgeist doesn't care about The Puppeteer.
