Sonic never meet Tails when he was younger. Instead he was with Amy, learn and growing together, leading them both having a cute playful flirting attitude towards. While they still arn't dating they hold a deep love for each other. Thanks to not having Tails around, Sonic had to work a lot harder. He now wears elbow braces to help reducing tension and pressure on his elbows. He's gotton quite good at climbing, replacing his old white golves with new grip gloves. These help him get a better grip when climbing.
