Hey y'all!

Primarily I am making this bulletin because I want to get that other gigantic one off of my profile.

So, onto the meat of the question: do you prefer I only upload the tabs of my directory when they're done, or do I also upload the WIP ones? I think I already made up my mind, but having some input would be nice! First option would mean the tabs like Guild, College, Independent etc. won't exist until they're finished, last option means the WIPs will be uploaded with empty text sections but correct links and all.

For a lady who has less than 5% among her OCs without a tail, I sure avoided the question of how tails work with pants for a very long time! Add to that that a lot of my characters wear a belt, I didn't want to think of the very real possibility of them being unrealistic because of the tail being in the way. 

Well, no longer! I faced my worst worldbuilding fears, manned up, and accidentally ended up creating a really big meme. Because that's all my creative projects have come down to lately, rip

I've been working on making a new character directory lately, and in my personal humble opinion it looks pretty damn stellar! 

I have yet to type up like 110 x2 paragraphs of character summaries, so it'll be quite awhile before you see it live, so here's a little preview of what you'll find inside! The dividers are currently broken and I don't think it's possible to fix them, so they'll look a little wonky, but aside from that we're all set! I think I will finish section per section and upload them in their order.

Oh hey look, I made another character again! And this time it's really showing that I've been watching too many animoos.

Benevolence's concept has been around for a few months already as I wanted this spirit vigilante who's called Benevolence or Malevolence depending on which end of her judgement you stand, but whenever I tried to design her my mind went "Small, childlike, tiny, cute, blue haired angsty child" and it became clear my mind was creating some off-brand version of BNHA's Eri and Nejire, and later I realised it was also pulling in Lapis as well. So basically, my mind latched onto blue hair and pulled in all characters with blue hair and a cute dress it could find in an instant l'D

BUT she's a ghost who drowned, so it does make sense. And it's not like I don't already have Mirrors, who are all completely blue. Anyway, enjoy the new bab with a nearly finished profile for once and lemme know if you have any feedback!

Also, as a minor update, I would do some art for my birthday on the 20th but... I'll be in the middle of my finals by then. So it might have to wait until mid-July, when I'm back from my vacation in Spain ;v;

I've been toying with profiles again, and you might already know that I find displaying long backstories to be hell. But recently, I came across this HTML by fatpeanut which allows you to add a very nice looking warning button to things! 

So right now, I'm torn on exactly how the aesthetic would look best. Below are the options I am struggling with. Please lemme know what you prefer, or if you have any other options!

Option 1: only long backstory

The first few paragraphs of the long backstory will be displayed, then the rest is under a warning. There is no short version of the backstory, only the long one. The art on display is clearly visible without having to click anything open. Possible trigger warnings would be given in the warning text as well.

Option 2: long and short backstory in the same card

There's both a short and long backstory, and they are in the same card box. The short backstory is aout 3-10 paragraphs long, the long one is hidden beneath the container.

Option 3: long and short backstory in different cards

Two separate card blocks for short and long backstory. The art is in the short one and displays by default, the long backstory has no art or might have some if I have enough art pieces.

Well, more like repurposed my art game and world forum account to also host worldbuilding as characters. Currently I already have magic up, since I made icons for those yesterday, but once I drew more icons more will be available!

Hey everyone!

I've got a ton of worldbuilding going on in my world, but I feel like not a lot of people ever look there. And how would they, if it's barely visible anywhere?

So I'd like some input on how to display it! So far I have the following ideas:

▶︎ Linking the species and relevant factions and magic schools on character profiles back there
▶︎ ...
▶︎ Okay, apparently I only had one solution. More of a reason to make this bulletin!
▶︎ Maybe make regular bulletins with what I'm working on?
▶︎ A new account with all the worldbuilding submitted as characters?

Does that seem okay? I know inserting tons of links into characters' basic stats can look ugly, hence why I'm asking about. Lemme know if you have any other ideas, because I definitely want to show off my worldbuilding more!
