I gave Life a facelift! It was so old and dilapidated that I direly needed to change how it looked, and I set out to put no effort into it. I failed. I spent my entire last free day before college starts up again coding this l'D

Decided to base my user profile off of my coding account's, which looked pretty nice imo, and stray from the old look. I'll miss the compact columns, but I feel like this one will be better at showcasing everything I'm doing here on TH!

I've also decided to move my worldbuilding onto this account. It'll be updated as is needed, so expect to see that someday soon! Still deciding between uploading worldbuilding as characters, or as mostly split tabs with a character that serves as the main hub. I'll likely do the second option, but we'll see!

Heyo, my old tendency to create conundrums is back

Currently, I have my worldbuilding articles up on Elithian, my previously worldbuilding and now also coding account. But with my coding getting a little attention, people started following me for coding and likely don't give a damn about my worldbuilding. Add to that I now feel a bit afraid to post about worldbuilding to a small audience of code-interested people, and I think it's about time I moved those to a new place.

I'm gonna move my worldbuilding articles away from that account, but I ain't sure where to move them! After some consideration, I know I don't wanna move them to Cryss since that's also where my WIP designs and adoptables go, so people with no interest in that would be stuck having to watch both. 

Long story short, do I move my worldbuilding to ElithianFox, or do I create a new account where it's all neatly ordered in its own place? 

Posting them on my account

• Pro: all my relevant stuff is in one place
• Pro: my name is easily attached to all stuff
• Pro: everyone who already was interested in my stuff doesn't need to follow a new account to get everything
• Con: my character number on stats is no longer accurate and is inflated
• Con: when viewing all my characters, worldbuilding articles will be among characters and will create one hell of a lot of clutter. This is the biggest point keeping me back.

Posting them on another account

• Pro: no clutter, just worldbuilding
• Pro: people who don't care about worldbuilding don't need to see it if they don't wanna
• Con: separate account, so it's harder to notify people about what's posted there
• Con: not attached to my name
• Con: yet another account to log into 

A middle way could, of course, be to first upload worldbuilding articles on here, then transfer them to an off account and have 'em be stored there. Anyway, please let me know what you'd prefer or if you have any insights because as usual, I am stuck in the decision-making process ;;

One week ago: hehehe let's stop being sucky at code and actually make myself a set of resources based on what I can find online, nothing big, just some resources for myself and maybe others to use

Anyway, I'm gonna be doing some more code stuff over on Elithian. Not sure how much, since I rarely have ideas, but I currently have a few character layouts, a stat page addon, and some worldbuilding templates on the ready. Feel free to go check out what I got so far!

In my newest listmaking endeavour, I decided to add when exactly my characters were created to their stats and figure out how many were made each year. And let me tell you, that's given me quite the bit of insight! This is about when the characters were made, not their design, initial art, or profiles.

Some things to note now that I went down a nostalgia trip:

• In 2006, I created the concepts of Tin and Kor, their names based on on the WoW faction 'Kirin Tor'. This was in a very turbulent world where I don't even think demons existed yet, or they were in their early stages. It would take about 8 years before I'd remember them and turn them into actual characters.
• In 2007 I created Gravio, who ended up being my first OC. Remarkable that in a world full of demons and dragons, a random human ended up being my very first OC.
• In 2010, I created most of my still important characters. I don't know exactly when I created Lyn, so I'll estimate it here. Even if just as names, Lyn needed friends, and as such Seares, Seranet, Kraye, and A were born, and eventually characters like Raeges, Etisi, Abescus, and Styllien followed as supporting characters. They weren't much back then, but they always kept growing!
• Between 2011 and 2012, I created a lot of characters I no longer have. If you want a look, go see my old DeviantART gallery or this thread and this thread. It hurts to look at!
• In 2013, I started RPing with an IRL friend over on Facebook, and as such, characters such as Levi, Sane, Yani, Neridan, Epheil, Cafun, and Michael were born. They needed supporting characters too, and as a result those were created!
• In 2014, we got our truly new characters. The Academy, Markus, Remco, and Kia were born here.
• In 2015, we got even more new, unrelated characters. The Expedition, the elves, souls, and science trio were born here.
• In 2016, there were a lot of supporting characters as well as new characters
• In 2017, some random characters as well as other characters' background characters were made
• And in 2018 and this year, the trend of decreasing character creation went on, but many important and especially favourite characters such as Benevolence, Brutus, and Aveley were made here

That gives a super nice insight, and I am definitely gonna remake my old inspirational chart again based on years! I'll also add in links after I posted this to the respective characters, but right now I am too lazy to do so lmao

Today is June 20th which means that

1. I can finally go ahead and manually change my age on like 35 social media because it's in my HTML
2. I now no longer am incorrect when I say that I am 23 years old, like I have been instinctively doing for the past six months

People are always worried about gifts and stuff but honestly the best gift would be people reading the stuff I write, and many of y'all already do that 👍
