She made it to Rapture and met her father, who brought both her and her mother Penelope to live with him there. As a result, Selena has undergone training and schooling of how to present herself and use her powers, and is a much more stable individual in this universe.
I keep getting ideas of stories for this AU, so I'm gonna just shove this here and everything will be fine.
