🌟 New Aethiopia

Formerly an obscure kingdom in the middle of nowhere made of disgraced nobles in exile, Aethiopia was mostly destroyed by a rampaging Cetus in an incident triggered by the rebellious Princess Andromeda. Seeking refuge for herself, the Cetus in question, and those who believed in her ideals, Andromeda promptly set up shop in Scorpius' secret domain and told him to just deal with it. Deal with it he has, albeit somewhat begrudgingly, leading to the creation of an eclectic little community tucked away in the oceanic abyss.
