Chellabra's de-facto leader, most powerful nation, and the unified face it presents in global politics. Maweth is rich from gemstone mining, provided by its ample workforce and vast mountains. Few plants and animals can call the harsh peaks home, and so Mewt Mavet utilizes his Flames to create food, water, shelter, and medicines - making him the centerpoint of Chellabran life.
Its current leader is Mewt Mavet, whose word is carried out by the Dewclaws, his personal priests and handmaidens.

Mewt Mavet's personal, hand-picked cult. Their duties range from tending to his personal needs, the upkeep of his fane, the harvesting of Flame, and the enforcement of his laws. They serve for life, and the highest-ranked members are given slivers of immortality to continue to serve Mewt.
Deserters are hunted and brought before Mewt Mavet, punished heavily for their disloyalty.
