GOD i am so AMPED go click istra's profile right there!! it's got the HOT NEW LAYOUT i mentioned!! and it's REAL GOOD!!!!!!!!!

it's got tabs!! it's got foundation icons!! it's got more quotes!! it's got more alt text!! it's got the disgaea table because i found out it was just the WYSIWYG editor that was breaking it and i can't use that for this profile anyway!! it's got a tags section awkwardly sitting there because i can't figure out how to extend it!! i got this perfectly nice layout and spent 9 hours reorganizing it and adding/taking out stuff to suit my whims!!

there's also some new content for istra! it's largely copypasted from their previous profile, but:

• new quotes!
• new alt text in the attributes section and a tweak or two in relationships!
• really quite a few tweaks and edits throughout the main profile
• settings tab is all new!
• new entries in the game equivalents section of the stats tab!
• move info added to the pokemon table in stats!
• d&d stat table is all new!

and that's about it, pretty easy to catch up on! now for some other notes about this new layout:

• i use the default theme but honestly it looks a lot nicer on other themes... the struggle
• the pics in attributes will probably vary, some will just be avatars, others will be 3 close-ups of the same image, some will be 2 close-ups and some other image, sometimes they'll be intentionally silly... istra, for example, has more than enough pics to have 3 unique images for that section but i thought it'd be more fun to have Alt Text Jokes(tm)
• on that note god im so in love with the sheer amount of flavor text this layout allows for... between the header quotes, alt text on all of the images, and the relationship tables any given person will be able to walk away from my profiles knowing exactly what that character acts like and i LOVE IT
• im really emphasizing that alt text bc it's not something most people check for... please poke my ocs
• i'm not very proud of the trivia section... it looks so cluttered and messy compared to everything else. i thought about making a trivia tab since there are certainly enough sections for it, but it turns out when you go to post IC or make links all of your tabs show up... sooooo yeah i don't want to add any more tabs than i already have so unfortunately the trivia section will remain a clunky part of an otherwise sleek and shiny layout ;_;7
• for the same reason the generator gallery tab is tentatively canceled! shout-out to the people who gave me good ideas for it in my last bulletin, though. if th ever makes an option that allows you to not have tabs show up there i'll probably make that and a trivia tab!

and uhhh i think that's about all i wanted to say! if there are any glaring errors or typos, please let me know!! enjoy poking every image to unlock more epic dialogue. god i love writing dialogue

OH WAIT almost forgot to mention that my priority is gonna be making new profiles for a while despite everything with profiles v3 and v4 being horribly broken atm... unlike istra's which broke bc i switched on legacy they can still be read (aside from the summary section in v3 but eh) but God i'm so behind on profile uploading and updating i'm just gonna leave those alone for now because they're Technically done and hope th fixes anchors soon

also miitopia comes out tonight/tomorrow so really that's a moot point bc soon i'll just be playing that for the rest of my life, RIP profiles it was nice knowing you
